Bed could have been more comfortable. Also wasn’t a double rather two singles locked together.

The location was very central only a few metres from the lifts at Chaudanne. We had a great room with a large shared balcony area. Pool and spa area was a real bonus for relaxing apres ski. Half board option was great for us and the food was excellent.

Strange access to different levels, especially from car park level; it really isn't clear where you should go. The over-priced restaurant has pretensions to be considered among the top addresses in Méribel; it isn't. The food is simply OK; the service could be considerably improved and the (impressive, expensive) wine list is totally inappropriate with respect to the menu.

Location, room, friendliness/professionalism of hotel staff. Room door is heavy and appears to be soundproofed. Triple glazing (necessary for rooms overlooking the noisy cable car station).

Would be nice to pay for parking ahead of time so we can immediately drive and park in the garage before checking in.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. We initially had a room on the first floor and were concerned about noise. Staff were able to relocate us and exceeded expectations. Nice breakfast and excellent location for skiers/snowboarders.

The location is arguably one of the best in Meribell. We were so pleasantly surprised. And the outdoor facilities (pool/spa/sauna/steam room) are epic and to a high quality. Best value for money hotel I have staying in a ski resort town. Even the breakfast was far more then the simple 'continental breakfast' advertised at book.

We had to move hotels upon arrival which was stressful and Eterlou’s staff members made it so easy for us! The location is great, the facilities are good, great views from the property, staff super friendly. Great value for money and is highly recommended!

Fairly expensive to park on-site but they did let us unload & load up in the under hotel area before we parked elsewhere locally (outdoor for free) so not a problem

Our room was next to the lift shaft which combined with noise from drunk people in Meribel centre meant it was a bit noisy in the late evenings. The jacuzzi needs to be hotter. The restaurant would benefit from offering more variety of vegetarian/vegan options.

The resort has become far too expensive in the evening. I was spending 100-150 every night for two people. You will lose customers for sure.

Rooms can probably use a bit of a refresher. We only did 1/2 nights (and could not cancel 1 night so gladly paid for the full 2 nights) - would have been nice to just get a coffee or the tax de sejour offered as a service.
