Without being in the city center, it's still a great location. The walk to the center is about 15 mins. While the view is not spectacular, from the rooftop there is a nice terrace.

It is close to historical attractions and it is convenient to travel to other cities near Avignon by car. The owner is friendly and very service minded. I would recommend friends and other to stay here. Breakfast is nicely prepared by the owner and it is well prepared and good value for money. The place is located at safe neighborhood. I parked outside the hotel at Public area. I stayed for 3 nights.

Our room wasn’t very sound proof-we could hear guests in the room beside us although there was an adjoining door which may not be the case for all rooms so perhaps inquire.

Good value for Avignon, within walking distance of major sites and free parking. Staff were friendly. Room was comfortable and AC was good.

Room had been smoked in previously, smell lingered. They offered us an alternative room, but it was less comfortable, so decided to keep the room as it had a terrace and nice view.

Great location with a terrace overlooking river and city, easy walk across two bridges to center. Dog friendly, fridge at reception for storing our food. Comfortable bed and clean sheets. Easy parking.

Not suitable for anyone with a mobility issue. No lifts and no room to manoeuvre in the bathroom.

It’s in a superb location, the terrace fur breakfast is a joy. Breakfast is fresh and tasty with no shortage of items. Staff are lovely and helpful.

The room was very small, we had to take the chair from the room onto the balcony just so we had space for our bags. We were their in August and it was hot, but the air conditioner is really old and made such a noise that I had to turn it off to be able to sleep, therefore suffering from the heat, they really need to upgrade it. It was too expensive for the room you get, especially as it doesn´t include breakfast. The room smelt of cigarette smoke (smoking is allowed on the balcony), so I suppose people smoke with the balcony door open.

We could park our car just behind the hotel, no payment needed. It is in a quiet area, just outside the city (15min walk) so no noise from the traffic and the hustle and bustle of the city. The balcony is nice, and had partial views of the river. It was clean. The bed was comfortable.

Overall a very good budget hotel, if I would point something out is that in Family room there could be a fridge and safety deposit box.

Comfy budget hotel, great charming view from the terrace over the river and city, most helpful staff, deli breakfast. Plus east to park car on the back of the hotel. Easy walking distance to the city Center.

there is no lift so not ideal for anyone with heavy luggage and/or weak legs .........

we didn't take breakfast as we only take a croissant & a coffee for which 14 Euros per head was too much. The cafe nearby would be OK for that but doesn't permit take away. There is no balcony to the room despite the description. There's nowhere to eat that side of the river and the camping site facilities are well below average. However, we could put our bikes in a lock-up room at the back of the garage and charge the batteries in situ, a big advantage.

A little to far from the center of town. Horrible customer service experience with Booking.com. Booking.com passes on sensitive information to fraudulent individuals! They offer no support if you have issues with a property. Just book directly with property.

If we had been staying more than two nights, the lack of storage space and hanging for clothing could have been a bit of an issue.

This was a good find for our 'tour' of Avignon - with free parking nearby and just a 15 minute walk to the old town centre across the river. Our room was a good size, with a comfy bed and a big bath! We had air conditioning which was another bonus. A continental breakfast was served on the top floor where there was also a terrace with river views.
