Everything is super small. During weekends you can have noisy neighbours who will not let you sleep. Loud music, singing, running on the corridors and stairway and screaming.

Location not too bad for the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe.

Ideal location for my stay. Room a little of the small side but otherwise comfortable and met my needs. Leaking toilet cistern was a little irritating. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend! Merci beaucoup!

We had a terrible checkout experience with a staff member called Nadia on Friday 22nd March 2024. At the checkout, the only thing left to do was to pay the remaining outstanding balance, as a deposit had already been taken. Nadia the staff member charges us for the total price of the room again. When I questioned the price and double-checked my booking price via email and told her a deposit was taken when I made the booking she then 'said oh yes I can see that a deposit was taken but I have refunded this to you now'. I asked her why she issued a refund without asking for my permission first and why she would even refund something that had already been paid especially as we have an overseas card. She did not give me an answer as to why she decided to do a refund. This wasted more than 30 minutes of my time as I had to call my bank to release the deposit back. As mentioned before I have an overseas card so refunds take 7 days to process and I only had that one card with me. As advised by the bank consultant I asked Nadia to charge the funds again to the same card and then had to pay the difference. She never apologised for the mistakes and had absolutely no initiative in wanting to help us with the problem she created. When asked for the receipt she said the system was very hard to follow and it wasn't printing. I told her that we would give her some time for the receipt to print while we had breakfast elsewhere. When we got back, we asked for the receipt which she printed just to show and tell us that she then charged us an extra 20 euros. Once again she did not apologise. She is a very rude and arrogant individual who should not be working in a reception area with tourists as she scams individuals. From her attitude, you can definitely tell that she has done this to other individuals but we caught her out.

The location was great and the staff were friendly. Secure building and easy access.

Rooms were on the small side, however that said you’re visiting Paris & as a base is an excellent location.

Great location for seeing Paris with access to transport links nearby if you don’t want to walk too much. Hotel was very clean. For a 2star hotel had everything you’d need. Staff friendly & helpful. Would definitely book again.

The room photos that were advertised to us on our booking were not correct. What we saw were beautiful rooms and what we got was the closet room. We asked for a room change since this was false advertising, and they said that the rooms on the photos that I booked were more expensive. When you showered, the whole bathroom was so wet because it was an open shower that was also just in front of the toilet.

We liked the breakfast in the morning and the walking distance to the Eifel Tower. Also tons of restaurants nearby.

Website pictures are not correct. Rooms are miniscule one can't have a suitcase bigger than a hand bag. Shower very tiny especially for a large person VERY noisy near the staircase.

I did not like the cleaning staff enter to the room, there is no a sign in the room to put it on the door to avoid cleaning.

The location was awesome, the bathroom is a little bit narrow but ok.

We got a triple room which was a little bit tight for 3 petite women but nonetheless made it work.

Hotel was clean. Staff were amazing, so accomodating especially the guys working the evening shift. Location was unbeatable. Close proximity to Victor Hugo Metro, the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe without the congestion and noise. Lots of restaurants, boulangerie and a Carrefour nearby. Available in house laundry was a plus. It was a nice 3 night stay. No problem in staying in this hotel again.

The room was technically a twin room, but the looked more like a large single with 2 mattresses. This was not a problem because my son and I get on well together, but the toilet was tiny, and not well sound- proofed!

We arrived around 10am, although we had booked the room for the previous night. There was no problem about getting a late breakfast. The staff were all friendly but not obtruvise

Giving the key back each time we went out, anyone could have asked for access to the key to our room. There wasn’t always people to take the key, keys left on reception desk etc, very unsafe when there is not even a safe in the room.

The rooms have no a/c if you are visiting Paris in the middle of a heat wave, but they have table fans. Rooms are very small if you have a lot of baggage.

Perfect location to tourist attractions. Restaurants and cafés within walking distance. Nice and helpful staff.
