No blinds in one bedroom so had to use shutters at night.

Location, size, facilities and comfort exceeded expectation. Host was very friendly and WiFi was great.

This is a better than basic apartment in an excellent location with an exceptional host. It was easy to find, with (paid) parking across the street and clear instructions for key retrieval and apartment entry. The host was very responsive and eager to make our stay comfortable. I would definitely book again.

Unfortunately the contact number given on booking.com and the ph number the owner texted us was both wrong so we were unable to connect when we arrived and had to email booking.com to sort out contact A number of small repairs are required with broken curtain, broken bedside shelves, strobing flickering kitchen light etc that would have made the stay a lot more comfortable but with attention to these details it is a good apartment to stay.

Location was great...18 minutes walk from the train station. Apartment was sunny and suitable for four adults. Property was clean with a nice lounge for interacting

There is nothing that we didn't like here.

Easy check in, we felt very welcome here from the host. Great communication. The room had everything we needed for our 2 nights stay. Lovely view on the port. The bedrooms are quiet, facing the back of the building and very comfy. Easy parking just across the road. Thanks again to Nassima, our host. We'll come back again.

Maybe there should be a bit more efficient heating system.

Very cosy, clean apartment in the center of Caen just 5 minutes walking from historical center. Well furnished with everything you need for your stay. Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy it to much as we were traveling for business.

High and not very comfy dining chairs. Small bedrooms. A little difficult finding parking spaces, especially since we arrived Friday night.

Easy checkin process. Great location with the living room / kitchen overlooking the busy street with pubs and cafés. Bedrooms facing away from the street, so surprisingly quiet. Fantastic weekly market on Sundays.

One thing I didn't like was the blinds as I like darkness to sleep ... I did notice a new one in the cupboard. Also we didn't find out how to change the Netflix to English...perhaps next time you can show us 🙄wasn't a big problem as we were out most of the time 🙂

Fabulous apartment nice big windows over looking the street and market looked great... Karim looked after us well everything explained perfectly despite his poor English 😁we loved being near bars and restaurants and we never heard any noise from bars etc ...Thank you and hopefully we can stay here on our return to visit places we missed 😀the apartment has everything you need ...we thoroughly enjoyed 😍

No real dislikes but to be aware: no elevator and very busy street. Parking is tricky but the lot across the street was inexpensive.

Very well equipped apartment; including kitchen. Luminous main with big windows. Nicely decorated and comfortable. Super location with restaurants and bars nearby and close to historic sites.

Separate toilet was ok but anyone 6' and over will feel cramped. Bars don't close till the early hours and the noise does carry.

… it’s in desperate need of a deep clean between guests and some renovation and upkeep. The bedside tables/shelves are broken, the blinds in the second bedroom were broken so there was blazing light coming in all night, the heated towel rail was broken and repaired with electrical tape, the sofa was broken, all of the bar stools have holes in them with a bolt sticking through and the bathroom was filthy, with an empty hand soap container when we arrived and someone’s half used toothpaste on the bench.

This is a beautiful apartment and it’s in a fantastic location. It’s close to the city centre and just a 10 minute walk to the train station. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, but…

Bathroom doesn't have a fan and no air flow; shower area has strange smell; towels were quite rough.

Great location; central, but still quiet. Comfortable beds. Reasonably stocked kitchen (had the basics, such as oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, but only had two coffee pods). Responsive host.
