Perfect location, very comfortable room, the facility is very nice. Superb breakfast! The host is really friendly, reserved and helpful, he gave us indications about places to visit, restaurants where to eat and very useful tips. We had some needs and his availability allowed us to solve them in the best way! Really highly recommended

This was a great place to stay! The room was lovely, and breakfast was so perfect. The owners are so kind, and helped us with directions, places to go, things to see, and even suggested a wonderful place for dinner. Everywhere was easily accessible to walk around town.

Nothing to be honest.

The location is perfect! 10 mins walk from the train station and pretty much more of straight road. The great thing is that the room is on ground floor at the courtyard so no need to carry my luggages up the stairs. Room is of a good size. Shower is good and bed is very comfy. Our host Jean-Paul is such a lovely man, giving us tips to go to for food without paying tourist price. We paid for breakfast as we realised it is not easy to get got brekky in France and JP cooked omelette for us! Fruit salad is freshly made as well and we had a big cup of lovely coffee too, in addition to orange juice.

The courtyard with an assortment of drinks available to purchase for a very reasonable rate was so so nice. And the room with a/c and a comfy firm bed and lovely duvet was wonderful. Jean-Paul was an extremely friendly, kind host - fresh croissants 🥐 each morning, amazing cheeses, and eggs, toast and best assortment of homemade jams ever! The location is the best as well for exploring the city and leaving for day trips.

Parking was nearby but not on-site, but not an issue. It would be nice to have some rugs on the floor.

The property is in a good location, just a short walk to the Papal Palace, the main attraction in Avignon. Place was clean and comfortable with a very nice bathroom.

Maybe because it wasn’t summer yet, but it’s not as cute as the pictures. Mosquitoes in the room. I booked this place based on a 9.5 booking.com rating. Overrated

We left too early the next day to enjoy the breakfast. Jean Paul was a wonderful host. He made our reservations at a nearby restaurant that was delicious. He called a taxi for our early ride and got up with us to show us where to catch it. Comfortable bed, large bathroom

There was nothing that we did not like. However, as a point of clarification, the site mentions available parking in a parking garage. Per Google Maps, the public self-pay garage is an 8-minute walk to the room (once you get your bearings in the narrow streets and alleys) and you cannot drive up to the front of the Maison as it is located in a typical Avignon narrow alley ("Rue"). For us, this meant briefly parking illegally (on-street parking in this section of the city is scarce) to drop off our luggage and then heading to the parking garage. This is not necessarily a negative - I thought it would be helpful for future guests.

The host was exceptional and the location was ideal for exploring Avignon. Monsieur was very accommodating when we arrived well ahead of our check-in time. He welcomed us to drop off and store our luggage and provided excellent directions to relatively nearby parking. The room was perfect for our needs and met expectations. The continental breakfast was very good and included, among other things, fresh bread that the host purchased that morning, fresh-squeezed juice, and delicious housemade jams.
