The bed pillows could have been a little softer.

The location was great...a short walk to the Grotto property. Breakfast was wonderful...best continental breakfast we've ever had. The best of all...Myriam, our host, was the most helpful and caring host ever.

Miryam was a wonderful host, so helpful and made us feel very much at home, the breakfast was exceptional and the accommodation perfect for our needs, close to the Sanctuary. We very much enjoyed our stay in Lourdes, Miriam was even kind enough to take us to the bus stop in her car. Thank you so much!

Myriam is the most wonderful beautiful host, she took great care of us even picked us up at the train station. Our luggage was delayed, she drove us to the main shopping area to buy supplies needed. Breakfast is great nothing is too much trouble even after walking all day & arriving back she offered a cuppa. Myriam Thank You for the great care you give to others. You should be rewarded for your efforts.

This accommodation is more than a room. The Host, Myriam, is committed to support your pilgrimage in any way she can. She even provided rain-hoodies, a bottle for the holy water and a bag to put these in. You have a small fridge that you can use too! If you ask her a question, she goes out of the way to make sure she has the answer. A friend and I returned to Lourdes after more than 20 years since we met at La Cite Saint Pierre and staying at the Holy Family was a true blessing. Thank you Myriam to make our stay special.

Myrium was the most thoughtful, helpful, and customer welcoming hotel manager and owner we’ve ever met. It felt like staying in her beautiful home, with delicious breakfast and wonderful conversation about Lourdes events and English options. She even helped with English translation!

We were very happy, We had no complaints, thanks to our host.

We were very happy with the breakfast. Our host provided us with good food, imformation on places to visit. The location was very good, near the Grotto, easy assess to train station and buses.

All good as the host did her very best to make our stay comfortable. She also was kind enough to take us in her own car to one of the locations we were visiting and in addition made taxi arrangements for us the day before our flight.

Good continental breakfast, served at time requested and all spare food and fruits given as packs to use during day out. The room was daily cleaned and fresh towels were provided every other day. The host gave us an extra bedroom free of charge so that our adult daughters had their own room. Ideal location as it was only 5 minutes away to shops and restaurants and short walk to the Lourdes Sanctuary.

Although there are many good memories of France, the highlight of the entire 14-day tour was meeting Myriam the host. Her graciousness and warm welcome touched our hearts. She went out of your way to make us feel comfortable in her home. Myriam drove us to Lourdes train station couple of times and to the post office. Nothing was too hard for her, She attended to our needs with a genuine smile.

Everything was perfect!

Miriam was extremely kind, welcoming and really did much more than what we could ever expect! The whole house is very clean and set up with style. We really felt “at home”.

Myriam our host was so warm and welcoming. She made us feel at home in her guest house and treated my Husband and I as if we were the only guests there. Nothing was too much for her. Breakfast was exceptional. There was also a personal fridge for guests which was incredibly thoughtful. The garden was also beautiful where we had lunch in the sun area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and will definitely visit again.

NOTHING. Everything was WONDERFUL!

I seriously loved EVERYTHING about La Sainte Famille. It doesn’t matter why you are going to Lourdes, you have to try out this hotel. I personally went to this hotel because I was doing a pilgrimage, and I was looking for a hotel where I could be at peace with God and relax. La Sainte Famille fulfilled more than my expectations. Breakfast was phenomenal. I went there by myself, and I felt so welcomed and loved by Myriam, the owner. My room was so adorable and extremely clean! I slept so well every night and during my naps lol. There is an adoration chapel downstairs, and I was able to continue my prayers at my hotel. The garden is so adorable and peaceful!

Myriam is a wonderful host nothing is to much trouble. The house of the Holy Family is a very prayerful place, quiet and tranquil. Ideal for a retreat. Short walking distance from shop restaurants about 7mins to the Grotto.
