Nice and confy room with excellent and full of variety breakfast. Good spa facilities areas.

the pool, hamman and sauna area was incredibly busy as it was not exclusively for hotel residents and was also open to the general public. However, the hotel did give hotel residents exclusive access after 6pm until 11pm which was appreciated.

The rooms were clean and spacious and the pools, saunas and hammam were a great addition to our stay.

We enjoyed three dinners and three breakfasts - and did not need to look elsewhere for tasty food. The pools were excellent and well managed and hygienic.

Bathroom was dark and a bit tired.

Great location, friendly staff and lots of parking including secure underground spaces. Nice breakfast too. Huge comfy bed, large room with a balcony overlooking the marina. Lots of nice restaurants around the marina and a nice place for a walk along the lake.

It is always a great stop on the way to the South of France or coming back up with two children. The underground car park under the hotel makes it easy to bring luggage in the room. But the spas are the thing we enjoy the most. The location on the lake is also great. Restaurants and beaches are within walking distance.

A little dated but appreciate the effort of the cleanliness. No fridge in the room but a water dispenser is available

We had the family suite and it was awesome! Hugeee room with 2 balconies. The food in restaurant downstairs was great as well .

So glad we chose this hotel. It’s right on the lake within walking distance of lots of restaurants and leisure facilities. We had a balcony with a lake view - definitely worth paying a bit extra for that.

I find it curious that in nearly all the swimming pools in France I have used, one can wear shorts. I find the reason given as one of hygiene for banning them in your establishment as spurious. Again the need to buy flip-flops again questionable. I think also that the dinner menu could give a wider choice.

We tried to take our dinner in the hotel restaurant the first night , since the menu of the day mentioned on the black board and sea foods where not available we selected from the remaining choices . Our first course never arrived , the main course composed of 3 different meat, only the chicken could be eaten , since we did not ordered yet the dessert , we decided to take our dinner in another restaurant . No apologies given for not delivering the first course .

front desk personnel were helpful all the time , we enjoyed the spa unfortunately we had only time to use it once. The breakfast was excellent.

The room needs more hooks to hang dressing gowns from the spa. Air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool. Balcony was dirty.

Gym equipment is crap. It's rusted. Electronics won't work in the machines. They have a cool exercises gaming system but it doesn't really work. Shower at spa is unhygienic. In the rooms, hey wouldn't switch on AC claiming it's a transition week to summer. But there was tons of pollen of you open windows, making it difficult.

The furnishings in both the common areas and guest rooms are showing their age, with faded upholstery and chipped surfaces.

While the hotel staff was very friendly and did their best to ensure a pleasant stay, it's clear that the property's infrastructure and design are in need of significant attention. A thorough renovation and modernization effort would breathe new life into this establishment and bring it up to par with the expectations of discerning travelers. However, very positive is the morning buffet which is really delicious and a highlight.

we were in room 417 and we heard a lot of noise from chairs moving or furniture. It started very early in the morning and continued all day.

very well located, the spa was very nice and there was a very nice and welcoming manager. A shame I didn’t ask for his name.
