WiFi is very bad. Sometimes it's not even working. Staff does not speak french. You end up speaking in english. Room is behind the main building (like most rooms) in a normal building that does not resemble what you see on the pictures of the front. It is a family hotel with a nice front.

Had booked a doublel bed and got a twin... Didn't realise at first then was too late there were no free rooms to swap with. Shower over bath ( had to hold shower head)

Staying in a palace-like hotel with pool for very affordable price. Didn't expect such glamour at this price. Private parking.

The bathroom didn't appear finished!

The location was fabulous - just out of the gate and you were in the centre of everything! The room was perfectly adequate - although the bathroom didn't quite appear finished! The pool was lovely and breakfast most excellent - as much to eat as you wanted.

The room cleaning need to be improve a bit. Need more lights in the parking areas. The lift is a bit too old.

Perfect location, city center in front of the sea. Very confortable bed, spacious room. Good continental breakfast. The pool is large and nice.

Restructuring was still on going. Anyway at least 90% was completed. Most likely it reached 100% by now Restaurant / Food had areas for improvement , should have more variety (we found the same dinner menu everyday and no dinner served on Wed)

Nice Hotel refurbished in most areas. Staff was very kind Nice Pool, quite useful on windy days Nice Bars both in the main hall and at the pool

The breakfast was ok for a 3-star hotel. Unfortunately the dishes and the cutlery were often dirty, so it is better to check each pièce before taking it.

Clearly in update stage, almost done, some things missing to cross the t’s and dit the i’s. Shower curtain missing, the soap bottles were in a rack on the floor. Pool is in need of renovation. Staff didn’t know the evening menu…

Beautiful place, fantastic location, beautiful beach at a stone’s throw, great vibe, trendy, spacious room updated was heaven, we loved the breakfast and the buffet was good too. Super enthusiastic team trying to make things best for you. Love the Swedish touch!

Bathroom was not yet renovated. No safe or fridge in the room. Pool could use a renovation. Bar of the hotel was open from 19h until 23h, but at the beginning of our stay there was no staff to find at the bar.

A big part of the hotel has been renovated. My boyfriend and I had a renovated room in the main building. Staff was very helpfull and friendly! English was the mail language. Always in for a conversation or tips for the island. Location 10/10! In the center of the city but without any complain about noise! The street in front of the hotel is car-free from 19h. Hotel is accessibel from back of the hotel. Breakfast had everything you need during a holiday. We stayed 7days.

Everything: - location is the best you can get in Ile Rousse. - the room (suite with terrace and sea view) is absolutely amazing - the bed is super comfy - staff very professional and kind - swimming pool very nice - good food at pool bar - nice cocktail at the bar in Reception

Room was very loud. You would wake up early of the noises from the garbagetruck. Also noise from the other rooms and hall was very loud.

The sun loungers were very uncomfortable. And a second chair in the bedroom would make it more comfortable. Otherwise a great place to stay.

We arrived a day late due to a cancelled flight. We had a very warm welcome from reception. Everything was great, room, food staff. We needed help with various things, the receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. It was in a very central location. We will definitely stay here again.

the kids pool was really dirty our room’s bathroom smelled like sever most of the days, first time we told about it, it took two days to fix it and after two days it smelled again we got keys that didn’t work so we got locked out several times the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all in our room and nothing was done about it

In every sense this was a perfect hotel stay. Lovely building, friendly staff, great location. Literally one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Superb breakfast, location right near the town and the beach. The staff never stopped working to deliver during our stay and must be praised.

The wifi rarely worked, which is unfortunate. The bathrooms are also badly designed- the showers have no doors, and the sink is badly drained so that there is water all over in the bathroom. Not ideal.

The property was in a perfect location, and the rooms were actually nice and a good size.

The room was very comfortable and fresh. Everything clean and with nice lighting. The view to the sea was so beautiful and the hotel is very well located. The staff people were very kind and helpful.
