The bed was very uncomfortable. The gym was so tiny I'm not sure it qualifies as a gym. It had only an elliptical and bike machine - no weights or anything else.

The room was large enough for a couple and a baby. The hotel downstairs had a large area to sit and do some work near the bar, too. The wifi was fast and the staff were helpful and friendly. We were provided a baby bed for our baby, too.

Not compatible with hotels in this category. Relatively small rooms and poor air conditioning system. They have quadruple room options but there is no space left in the room for luggage. Restaurant staff are disinterested and unfriendly.

Parking is available and included, but there are times when it is completely full as it does not correspond to the number of rooms; The reception team deserves a lot of praise, they are super attentive and helpful.

Location outside of Bordeaux, but convenient for cars. We were only on our way through so we didn’t need to be in the center of the city. If you want to go to the city there is a tram stop in front of the hotel. Room was good and tidy.

Found the floor of the shower to be dangerously slippery.

The hotel was well renovated and very pleasant. A few drinks in the mini-bar in the room, a pleasant and uncommon surprise.

Bar service was quite slow. Hotel was much quieter at this stage of RWC so maybe staff were tired but shouldn't take so long for 2 pints and 2 G&Ts. We weren't popular for wanting to eat near a TV screen whilst the rugby was on, but we didn't think it was too much to ask. Didn't like seeing a large rodent right outside the window at breakfast time. Young member of staff did shoo it away but it was almost as if it was a regular attendee.... in which case some bait boxes around the exterior of the building would be a good idea!

Proximity to stadium for RWC 2023 was excellent. Check in staff were very good- friendly and welcoming. Swimming pool was a bonus in this heat! Good breakfast, though I was put off it by the "guest appearance" outside the breakfast room window!

Small thing but we are travelling with our 1.5yo daughter who goes to sleep at 7 and you can’t get dinner before 7. There are a few sandwiches etc available but not a great selection. Dinner options were limited as well and not a lot around the area as an alternative.

Great, clean hotel. Location was perfect for us being by the stadium and it is simple to get into downtown Bordeaux thanks to the Tram right outside. Staff were great. Breakfast was great.

Overall very good and good price compared with other hotels we have been on our journey.

Facilities were great: small outdoor swimming pool, play area for children, water fountain bar to top up water bottles, fitness club, free parking and dog well accommodated. Staff also very friendly. Breakfast had a good variety of food including healthy foods and including different types of milk such as soya and almond.

I was so impressed with the staff when we arrived the rooms were on different floors I requested change to our preference and we had adjacent rooms the next morning. The premises are kid friendly with a tech and games room our two kids loved it and the pool was perfect. Rooms comfortable and air conditioned. A great bar and cocktails! Adjoins a beautiful lake and a beach.. Adequate car parking and very easy access to the light rail.to the city centre. Breakfast was well presented and a great selection ( Id like more fresh veggies and fruit)
