The room described a double bed and 2 single beds which turned out to be a sofa bed single with a trundle bed on floor. Disappointed in that

breakfast was fun and lively! close to Orly and easily accessible.

About 15 minutes' walk to the airport terminal that we were leaving from. Very handy to be nearby for our morning flight. Comfortable room, helpful staff. If you are travelling with children, there is a nice little play area, with cubby house and small sit-on aeroplane on wheels There's a lift to the top of the walkway over to the hotel- you don't have to walk up the ramp if you don't want to.

It was a long walk from Orly terminal 1 and the lifts to gain access to the walkway to the hotel were nit working neither was the moving pavement.

Elevator to the overhead bridge was out of service. The architect that designed the stairs to the overhead walk way should have to to spend a week trying to move luggage up the stairs!!!!

The room was great and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I really liked the informal check in - no desk in the way. The restaurant was fabulous - again informal, but with excellent cuisine.

As soon as we arrived we were asked for money the visitors tax we had only just stepped into the reception after a difficult taxi ride as the roads were choc a bloc and we arrived 1 hour later than planed.It would have been nice to ask after a refreshing drink.

However, since it is an airport hotel, I assume it’s critical that it has easy access to terminal, and it my case it turned to be the opposite:( when I arrived and used the instruction to get from terminal 4 by foot bridge, it turned out the elevator to the bridge was out of service. So I had to climb stairs with my 30kg suitcase😣 my departure was early morning next day and I checked with front desk the evening before how to get to terminal 1 - I was told that fast train between terminals will not be open at 5am so I can get the shuttle from the hotel, alternatively I can walk to the terminal and it will take abt 25 minutes. With rain next morning and lift out of service walking was not an option. Next day when I checked out I asked the lady at the reception about schedule of the shuttle she literally said she has no idea of the schedule, should be every 20 mins or so and if I want to be in the airport on time, she suggests I take a walk. When asked about location of the shuttle, she said it is behind the hotel without any clear instruction where exactly etc. So when I walked out I realised the road behind the hotel is no less than 300 meters, ok. But there is no clearly indicated bus stop! After 8 mins of waiting, the shuttle arrived but it just passed by without stopping! I almost had a heart attack, since I was under stress of being late to the airport. So ended up taking a taxi, it was nearly 15 eur - not a big deal but makes it doubtful why you should live so close to airport if you still use a taxi. My opinion is that staff in the airport hotels should be super explicit about logistics to the airport since it is the key point why people choose to stay there.

The property itself is very decent: new facilities, comfortable beds, and it was quiet despite the proximity of the airport.

Clean and tidy hotel with pleasant staff. The airport is a 2-3 minute walk to Orly terminal 4. Give yourself 15-20 minutes extra time to walk if you’re flying from terminal 1

It was stuffy in the room cause you can't open the window when you want. You need to approach the reception desk, so they'd open the window.

Hotel located close to the Orly airport. The room was clean. I liked very much that the soap, shampoo and the shower gel were from Rituals.
