Hotel need a renovation and breakfast in restaurant was very basic . I am English language speaker and it was very difficult to communicate with stuff. despite they was friendly Very early check out and late check in . Last day I left very early at 6am and when I’ve asked on reception to have packed breakfast they answered they don’t do this service despite my breakfast was included (( do but disappointed with service

- everything is charged extra (like beds and umbrellas at the beach, breakfast) - breakfast is chaotic: if you’re not early for breakfast you might not get everything, not enough staff for cleaning - in general cleanliness is not the highest priority

The facilities are older, and unrenovated. We had a family suite, and the air conditioner was only in the kids room so we had to leave the doors open to spread the cool air. We liked the pool but wonder if it was clean as my 8 year old got many bumps on his skin. Furthermore, the breakfast was very basic, we wouldn't have included it if we had known it would be so bad.

The location was great. Right across the street from the beach. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants along the main strip. If you walk right or left, you have a great stroll along the sea.

The drain from the bathroom had a weird smell, everything else was fine though.

The beach is just directly in front of the hotel. Same as restaurants and shops. The location is perfect.

It is a bit oldy but all is working fine and it's great value for money

Perfect place to relax and enjoy your short stay. Everything is on a walking distance, location and staff and great. The pool is open too 😊

Slightly dated premises, but still exceptionally clean. Bar and seating area outside could have more comfortable seating, only options were dining tables and chairs.

Staff all friendly and helpful, English spoken which was an added bonus. Hotel is located beside the beach, ample parking at the front and secure. Rooms were very clean, this included the reception and a bar area. Pool was clean and tidy, there is a time limit to when the pool is open. Large full selection for buffet breakfast. Evening restaurant was also a buffet, did not eat here in the evenings but heard a lot of positive comments regarding the food.

The room was a triple but one bed was not set up. As we arrived late, we had to literally make our own bed at 23:00.

Accommodation old and decrepit, like an old UK Butlins camp. The grounds and buildings are very tired and show lack of maintenance and investment.
