No special restaurants around but there was a metro nearby.fabulous

The location was superb with a lot of vibrant bars around. The hotel staff couldn’t do enough for us. They certainly went that extra mile. We were able to walk to Gare de Nord,also metro Cadet around the corner.

The lift is a bit slow.

The staff were lovely!!! My room was small but pleasant and I could see the Eiffel tour from my room! The free mini bar is really classy and a huge bonus in Paris.

a bit disappointed not able to get the room with balcony with the view of Eiffel Tower even requested early (but as informed is subject to availability). Anyhow thanks to Olivier to give us a room the window view with Eiffel Tower 😄👍

all the friendly staff: Riad, Emma, Olivier (sorry can’t name all the staff) walking distance to Galeries Lafayette and to Montmartre and surrounding safe areas will go back to stay in this hotel if back to Paris

The accommodation was great. The soft drinks, coffee and teas were free and in the evening there were snacks and other goodies (cakes, cookies, chocolate and crackers) in the lobby. Hotel Palm is part of the Astotel group and as a guest you have free drinks at all Astotel hotels. Riad helped us with everything and gave us super service. We had great view from our balcony. We could see the Eiffel Tower. The price was good!

Nothing to not like other than a fair amount of noise from the street if you have a room on the front of the hotel. Absolutely nothing the hotel staff can do about it but worth considering if you are a very light sleeper!

Perfect location for seeing the city. Easy walk from Gare du Nord and plenty of interesting restaurants and bars in the area. Very friendly, helpful staff, clean comfortable rooms with a good shower. Excellent breakfast and a very welcome free tea, coffee and snacks available from 2pm onwards every day. Really useful luggage storage facility meant we could leave our bags at the hotel until we left for our train later in the afternoon.

We had no view as the room was facing a back alley. It might be a good idea to ask for a room facing the street while booking.

Cute little hotel, very polite staff, awesome location close to Montmartre. The room was clean and comfortable, it had everything you might need for a weekend, despite the tight quarters. I was pleasantly surprised by all the little extras offered free of charge like snack bar available in all of their hotels and complementary soft drinks in the mini bar!
