Food was awful. Bad smell in rooms

Room looked clean , but I was put off by the dead silver fish in the bath !!! There was a separate toilet in the room and it had live silver fish ! So yuck ! Also the aircon was really noisy . Turned it off and the room was freezing . Had dinner in hotel … Nope , only ate the chips . My husband says his meal was ok ! Had breakfast .. 20€ each , such a rip off ! Good variety of everything breakfast related , but such poor quality ! Would not recommend !

I chose Novotel as it was convenient to where I needed to be ! Staff were professional !

Booked for executive room and they charged for executive room however they gave us normal room which was small in size. When I questioned staff member said there was no executive room facilities and not sure how it allowed us to book that size room and promised to refund the difference but nothing happened . Room was smelly, found hair in the sofa bed , no lift to take large travel bag upstairs

Meet immediately at reception after a very long journey and no wait to be shown to room. Large comfortable room with all amenities needed. Lovely restaurant on site for evening meals or breakfast.

Building and state of decor was less positive than pictures indicated. The babycot was not prepared.

The rooms are too old, they need to renew it all, the toilets are too old like it`s been there since the very beginning, the reception staff were helpful & amazing but the housekeeping staff were smelly ! I swear that you can smell their body odor all the way in the corridor & in the rooms. They really need to clean themselves & use a deodorant ! The shower box drain was blocked & all the water ran out off the shower box to the toilet floor. Even the water tap was not stable & moving when I used it

The breakfast was so bad they served a burned some bread and the other kind of bread are not fresh also they didn’t served a good coffee They only clean the bathrooms but they leave the room as it is , without cleaning There is no left in the building so if someone has a lot of luggage No body will help

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The rooms were big and clean, I liked that they had a separate toilet from the bathroom too! They had an outdoor heated pool and a massive garden with games for the kids. Very good for families. The staff were lovely and we were well cared for. It is also only 10-15 minutes away from parc asterix which is a massive bonus.

Nothing - it was a great 2 night stay with our grandchildren en route to the south of France and will be stopping again on the way back!

Visited astrix ,stayed here two nights,lovely friendly hotel.

Room was spotless,children's play station and football table in the lobby,great idea while having a glass of wine to relax.

We liked everything. Closest drinking water fountain in corridor was out of order.

Extremely friendly, helpful reception staff. Free, self serve cold drink available on arrival. Nice pool area and free to use games for children. Large, comfortable family room.

The room was clean, the AC was on when we arrived. The toileters were Rituls! Loved it. Extremely nice staff. They have a great tea selection. The pool is clean and kids friendly. We are going back there next year!

Not enough staff & we booked a table for 10 people at 7.30pm but then they could only seat 4 of us so the others had to eat at 9pm

Service in the restaurant was very poor and the food average at best. Waitress quite rude when I said we’d been seated 1 1/2 hours and just had our starter.
