Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Czech RepublicThere was nothing I didn’t like.
I liked how clean the place was, the owners had it all prepared and there was already some basic food in the fridge and cupboard. It’s also close to the tram stop and a short minute walk from the subway and train stations.

United KingdomThis place definitely lives up to its name ...it was really a home from home for us ...appearances can be deceptive and although the entrance is a little off putting the actual apartment is a little gem at the back of the building. It is owned by Marie and Didier ...interesting and friendly hosts who made our stay that little bit special and couldn't do enough for us. The apartment is smal but well-equipped and comfortable and clean with a nice outside space which we used to have breakfast. The breakfast provided was fresh croissants and bread each morning with a fridge containing ham, cheese, juice and jams ...brilliant. Although the apartment is a little out of the city centre the tram stops just down the road and is easily accessible...I would recommend this accommodation to anyone who enjoys the personal touch and I would certainly stay again ...tres bon

IrelandNothing to dislike
Cozy studio apartment located minutes walk from a tram stop and with just a short journey to the city centre. Cupboards and fridge well stocked and kept topped up during the week. Owners extremely friendly and helpful, drove us into town on the day of a transport system strike and showed us a local sightseeing area with fantastic views.

United KingdomGreat location, great facilities, amazing hosts! 100% recommend. Didier was amazing and gave us a tour with his car on our last day as we had been only getting around using public transport (which was great too), but without a car we couldn't see one amazing route so he offered to take us around it. Could not have asked for better host ❤ It is also super location for anyone planning to get around using public transport - perfect both for travelling around Marseille, or getting out of it by train as both tram stops and train station are really near by. The place also benefits from garden access - ideal for some peace and quiet after busy day in otherwise crazy busy city of Marseille.

HungaryNot much to complain about. Breakfast could have been bigger. Kind of shabby district but you can get to the center in no time.
Excellent public transport, very close to a tram station that brings you to city center in 10 minutes. Even though it's far from the center on foot, don't worry about it. The apartment is equipped with literally everything that is usually missing from other places. Small but has everything. The host is nice and helpful too. Cold breakfast was included, not very big but good quality.

Czech RepublicAll ok.
The accommodation is ideal for a short visit to the city. We need a comfortable bed, a kitchen, and a shower for personal hygiene. It's all here. I was surprised by the nice high, and comfortable bed. Well stocked fridge with food. And an equipped kitchen. Our visit was in winter, but I can imagine how lovely it must be to sit on the outdoor terrace. The accommodation is in a quiet area, with only the occasional tram being heard. But I like that. I like trams. The hostess is nice, very pleasant. Hereby we greet her once again, and thank her for the stay. Lukas and Jana

ColombiaEverything was perfect.
Didier is a very generous man, always willing to help. I stayed only one night here but I wish I had stayed all three days of my trip in Marsella. He drove me in his car to my next hotel, he explained everything to me and was the nicest. I absolutely recommend his place.

Czech RepublicOne thing we would like to change was the breakfast. As peolpe who very much enjoy food, we would love to have some French pastries for breakfast, that was one of the things we were looking for. Or it would be lovely to have at least a baguette to have more authentic French experience.
What we really liked and appreciated a lot were all the tips and friendly behaviour of Mr. Didier, the owner. He was really nice, always ready to help and he even took us on an amazing car ride along the Coast which we really enjoyed. For us, he was the best "part" of the experience in the accommodation. It does not happen very often that you meet someone that nice and welcoming. Merci Didier!

RomaniaFound some fresh cut nails on the bedside indicating that 0 cleaning has been done prior to our arrival. Place was really hard to find if you are not a local, also parking is problematic.
Breakfast is non existent, basically you get some leftovers in the fridge that you can have as 'breakfast'.
