The hotel and our room smelled very strongly of cleaning products, and in our bathroom there at a very unpleasant taste of water pipes or mold. Not a nice combination. Also, the staff is finishing a bit too hard for good reviews in my opinion.

I only had 1 coffee capsule, would have liked more. There was no sugar or milk in the room either. I also have not appreciated 2 things. 1 is the man at reception asking me to put my review in his name and the other is a message offering me 10% refund if I change my review. When I did I was told the refund only applied on a 10 rating. To be clear this hotel is not a 10. It is not even an 8.

The 24hr desk was reassuring for a woman travelling alone and the staff were on the whole very friendly. It is a clean hotel with simple amenities in a reasonable location.

The location felt safe at night and was very convenient near the Metro line 8. The room was small but clean and quiet. The air conditioning unit worked brilliantly and the shower was great. Great value for money and a good base to explore the city.

There was a lot of humidity in the room. Water would be dripping from the windows on to the floor because of condensation and the bed sheets felt a bit moist. There is no sound-isolation at all. You can hear everything in the adjacent rooms. Housekeeping has their radios working on a very high volume, which is not the nices sound to wake up to. In our opinion these are minor defects compared to the positives though. We had a really great stay and would absolutely come here again!

Small (not tiny) but comfortable room. It was great to be able to make a little espresso in the morning, nice detail. Room was cleaned every day, including fresh towels, which is nice to come 'home' to. Well maintained facilities and the interior looked nice in real life. Location was right in between two metro-stops, and was at a 10minute walk from the Bercy station where our bus arrived. The neigbourhood is a bit out of the 'main areas', but has plenty of shops and nice little bars and restaurants. Exceeded expectations in every aspect.

There was a regular intermittent loud noise, like loud plumbing noise.

The receptionist, Mara, was lovely, we couldn’t have had a better welcome. The room was spacious, for Europe, and the beds comfortable, and there was a lift. The hotel was handy for the bus to the Gare de Lyon.

The property was easy to find, located near multiple metro stations and not too far from Gare de Lyon where we caught a TGV out of Paris. The room was simple but clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

There are 2 twin beds together, not the queen, so as a couple it was a bit uncomfortable for us. Also, no shampoo.

Lovely, clean hotel in a great area.. Very close to 2 different Metro stations for traveling around at ease. Staff are warm and welcoming at all times. Nothing is left undone! And of course you have the amazing pink decor and detailing to make things more fun 😊

Great location close to the Bercy bus station and very close to metro exit. Very friendly and helpful staff (merci Mara!) who all speak English. Street isn’t busy so not much street noise at night.

The room had a little too much perfume. This may be bothersome to more sensitive individuals.

Clean and elegant bathrooms and shower. The bed was comfortable, and the room had a nice view of the street below. The receptionist, Lake, was also really helpful in getting us checked-in.
