I cannot understand why it's so difficult to mention on the hotel's website that the reception closes at 9pm, we wold have gone elsewhere had we known that. Bafflingly, I got asked for my credit card details three times, firstly whilst making our booking on Booking. com, then a day before arrival by email, however even that wasn't enough as the receptionist still had to do it at the check-in. Why??! Although the room was comfy, there was a lingering smell in the ensuite bathroom.

We booked this hotel knowing that we would be arriving very late at night, expecting that like with other F1 hotels we could enter with a code without having to bother anyone. It was only when the receptionist texted us asking for our ETA we learned that there was no such option as the reception was closing at 9pm! It was very kind of her to allow us to come late, it looked like she woke up just to check us in. The breakfast, albeit limited was a good value, especially since we could help ourselves to different kinds of coffee from the machine. The family room was quite spacious and nicely decorated. No other F1 hotel I know has a 4 person bedroom and an ensuite bathroom. It was perfectly OK for four adults.

The bathroom was very tired and broken in places. Automatic check in did not work.

Friendly staff. Good family room with double bed and bunk beds for the kids. Impressed with how many USB and power sockets were in the room. The bedroom and lobby were decorated well.

It's a bit unloved and really easily could be turned into a better place by a little love from the owners.

It's a basic room for travelling through, location is great as is close to town and motorways etc

The bathroom is small and not so comfortable for taking shower. No breaking on Sunday and we have to find another place for breakfast.

The parking lot is free, and the price is very reasonable. The wallpaper is nice!

1) this is not a hotel.its a motel for those with cars. Located next to highways. Nothing to see here. But ok for drivers. The train station has no taxi service to the hotel. I was told that the taxi service does not like the station. Also they never answered the phone. They do not come to my motel either. Rooms are ok but if you are fat, forget the shower. It's only 1 meter by one meter!! Staff spoke English and were very helpful as was the station staff.

the bathrooms is not what the picture was showing, they don’t hoover the floors nor clean them with a mop. the room was smelling like cigarettes when I complained they said they would do something about it but I saw no difference.

We ordered a room with breakfast. At the arrival there was no breakfast the next morning because of renewal the kitchen. In the room you could smell the chloor. The toilet was dirty. So we cancelled the room. There was no problem with the refund of the room. I am never gonna book here again.

I was asked to move my car out of the disabled bay so the staff could park there, even though I shown them my blue badge. the room hadn’t been cleaned before we stayed empty drink cans etc in the room. mouse/bug trap was in the bedroom also, when we had dogs with us, why would you have that in room. bathroom dated breakfast was a very hard bread roll and jam with a hot drink. drink machine wasn’t switched on on the Sunday and staff didn’t know how to work it. in the end they woke someone up, but it was too late for us by then we had to get to a dog show early

it was in a good location and 300m from Mc Donald’s if you wanted a bite to eat.

The hotel is so dirty maybe that's the reason the price is low , the toilet is rusted and the bath room is too small you can't even wash your self as a woman.

Toilet and shower was clogged. I was afraid to poop and needed to wash in basin. There were very little space in room.

Overall the bedroom was in a bad condition , the bathroom was dirty and stinky, the water didn’t run in the sink, dead flies laying in the window. Bedroom was cheap, but not thaaaat cheap.
