Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The check-in procedure is weird. You need to pick your card near the gate, if you come after 20.00. There one terminal was not working the other was not too easy to operate. Other than that the hotel is fine for the money you pay. There should be enough to enter PIN that you would receive by SMS.
It is close to the Charles de Gaule airport. Also, it offers breakfast, although next to it there is McDonalds, Buffalo Grill, KFC, etc.

room was kind of small but didnt expect anything else for the price point
Check in was nice and checkout was quick and easy. Good stay if you just want a place to sleep while travelling to someplace else. wouldn't recommend it if you were staying for a long period of time

I could not adjust the air conditioning, so the room was too warm for me, if I opened the window it was quite noisy sometimes
Good breakfast provided. Cheap rate. The room is compact, but it has everything you need. Comfortable bed, good shower. Plenty of options nearby with fast food, pub and multiple restaurants on site

A stuff member broke into my room at 10 am even though the checkout time was 11am, and the hotel pledges not to enter guests' rooms.

Location, convenience and cleanliness
The property was easy to find and in a convenient location to Parc Asterix. It had lots of restaurants close by as well as the train station to head into Paris a short drive away. The hotel is basic similar to a uk Travelodge. It has free parking and wifi. The staff were pleasant and the hotel is clean. We had a problem getting into our room, but they did sort out another room quickly for us. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast. If you have a food allergy don't think they will have something for you or will try to help you out.

It is a roadside budget hotel, and it does it well. So the surroundings might not be the most stunning, but we didn’t expect it either. Maybe the breakfast could have some fresh vegetables.
It is a budget hotel, but what it delivers, it delivers well. We had a christening nearby the next morning, and for that the location was perfect for us. Also, the option of restaurants around was very good. The bed looks basic, but it was actually very comfortable and we had a great night sleep. The breakfast had choice of breads, croissants, crepes, some cakes, yoghurt, jams, cheese fruit salad, coffee, tea and juices.

Minor irritant - It's not manned after 20:00 or so, and we were a bit late arriving, so had to queue up at the keypad terminal by the gate to retrieve a room card-key. The instructions in the communication were good though, so no great problem really - just a bit inconvenient.
Decent example of the Premiere Classe brand - better than most! Fine for an overnight stop on my bike tour. Got what I paid for, and what I expected.

We arrived after hours, and, although the out of hours procedure worked well, the computer was very slow and the software poorly designed. There was a whole coach load of us to check in, so to get everyone checked in took over an hour.
Comfortable and clean room with everything I needed. Many restaurants (with late opening) nearby. Would be very handy for Charles De Gaulle airport (but I wasn't travelling by air).

On our return leg of the journey unfortunately the breakfast was late opening which resulted in us having to rush food down in order to be on time for our train. This is the first time we have ever had issues and it was dissapointing
The location for us is great and the rooms and beds are comfortable. We have used this hotel a few times and never had an issues.
