Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomMattress was threadbare but still fairly comfortable (we now check for bedbugs at all hotels because of the problems France have) Opposite very dowdy flat accommodation with man outside with what appeared to be 2 bottles of alcohol. Camping of caravans other side. We were very nervous going out for dinner and my husband only walked the dog in the hotel grounds. Wanted a shower but the cubicle looked dirty so waited till I got home. Breakfast had no cooked meats or cheese like the other hotels we have stayed in. Very disappointed with quality of rooms etc

United KingdomShower was a bit of a squeeze but I am 6’2” so maybe part of the problem. The surrounding area is not very pleasant and I am glad it wasn’t just my wife and girls staying.
We picked this place due to it’s locality to the stadium. The breakfast was tasty and with as much as you like with unlimited coffee.

FranceWe stayed only one night in the Premiere Classe. It was just to rest after a long drive. The hotel met with our expectations. In fact, there was also breakfast included in the price and we were happy about that. It is a decent place if you don’t want to spend a lot of money and you want to stay for a night. I recommend it!

SwitzerlandThis hotel feels like they squeezed in too many rooms on each floor. You can easily hear someone talk in the hallway or the bedroom next to you. There are few excuses for the feeling of crampedness when a hotel is far away from the city centre. The view from my room was very unimpressive, being the road I came from. There was a hole in the bathroom's door, the shower had no soap available and the curtain will not keep water in very efficiently (then again, this is normally the case for curtains as opposed to respectable glass barriers). There's little space to walk around in the bedroom, the bed takes up most of the space. There are probably better places for the same price in the area
The breakfast room looks cosy in its simplicity, breakfast was included in the price and the bed was comfortable. Not too hard to reach even for backpackers thanks to the tram line

United KingdomOnly 1 pillow, no spares and no one to ask on reception. Only 1 electrical point to charge, rather ridiculous. Hotel opposite looked like it was filled with gangs, unnerving. 1 night stay was enough.
Cheap! Easy access to city and airport.

SlovakiaThe room was in a bad condition, broken window handle, very small bathroom with old curtains, it definitelly needs renovation. Also heavy doors are making a lot of noise when closing, it was annoying especially during the night. The breakfast was nice but it had sweet options only, some cheese, ham, and/or eggs would be nice. I am basically giving higher rating just because of this very helpful receptionist, otherwise it would be around 5.0 or 6.0. It was a bit overpriced for the quality that you get there.
I had a late arrival and the receptionist stayed longer and helped me check-in even after check-in hours. It really helped me because my debit card was not working with the check-in machine outside (I also did not receive a SMS with the code on my mobile phone). The hotel is close to the convention center but far from the city centre.
