Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Bathroom is small but doable. Air temperature control didn't work well so we slept with the window open.
Rooms had multiple beds with adjoining door for our 2 rooms. Larger room than some other hotels we previously stayed in. Coffee machine downstairs was nice to have. Bus stop right outside hotel.

Would have been nice for the TV to have Netflix or other options but again, I was mainly there to sleep between flights
Easy transfer via their shuttle from the airport. Very basic room but I didn’t need much for just a layover.

Poor breakfast, the shuttle did not go after 10.30 pm which meant that we had to take a taxi from the airport at inflated price as the hotel is too close to the airport for a taxi to be beneficial at nominal charge.
Closness to teh airport, the gentleman at teh reception was very helpful

One of the reception made our stay feel like home, the black guy from Mali who works in the evenings is super nice and very helpful. He made our stay wonderful by responding to all our questions and suggestions.

very small rooms
Close to airport. we had an early flight and were by a rent car. they have good parking near hotel and some food machines in lobby bar. 10 minutes by car to terminal.

There are extra tax charges per person in booking that hotel charges on checkin. Maybe these should be included in the rate indicated in booking.com. There are not restraurants or places to eat nearby in the area which is a zone for hotels. Shower cubicle in bathroom too small.
There is bus from and to CDG airport that stops outside the hotel and can take about 12 to 20 minutes. The timetable for this bus is at the bus stop - the timetable the hotel provides at reception is innaccurate and one would end up missing the buses and using the hotel shuttle. Big bed with a bunker at top. Good breakfast if you pay for it. The hotel has packed cold and expensive food options which they can reheat.

This seems like a well run hotel. The staff at the reception desk when we checked in were friendly and seemed in control of the situation. It's a basic airport motel and it does what it says on the tin.

I didn’t like that there’s no microwave atleast in the common area where guests could use.
I liked the location, bus stop was just by the hotel entrance. Breakfast was good , only some days they run out of sausage and just scrambled eggs and bread for €8☹️ Otherwise overall stay was awesome!

Room is completely empty. Hot drink facilities would have been nice. Night shift staff wasn't as nice as the morning one.
Comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Close to airport, but be aware that it takes longer in the night to get to the hotel after 10pm.

Over all was good 👍
Was very easy in and out . Nice and clean room . Was outside having my cappuccino then the shuttle arrive at 9am totally forgotten to check out and give them the keys:(

It took longer than I expected to get here from central Paris, but that was mainly because I just missed the public Roissybus from the airport stop and had to wait half an hour. When my flight was delayed a couple of hours I could not change my shuttle time in the morning as they were all full. I do understand that is why they have you book the night before, but just know there isn't much flexibility. The wifi regularly was unavailable in my room on the ground floor.
Spotless, newly decorated with cheerful colors, comfortable, quiet, good and plentiful buffet breakfast. I especially liked the coffee machine. Overall, great value for money.

The transfer from CDG airport to the hotel was a farce. No clear signage no clear directions of where to go. The drivers were just taking anybody in any order regardless. We were left(family of 5 with children) for an hour in the cold and rain as the driver just left. Another driver(don't know his name)was very helpful and got us to the hotel asap. The breakfast choice and quality was a bit disappointing.
The check in staff were excellent very friendly professional and knowledgeable. Comfort of the beds.
