Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

PolandNothing in particular
Well located, even though far from the city center, but with a good bus connection (other alternatives also available). As for Paris, really quiet. The neighbourhood also all right. The breakfast was standard-adequate, too

HungaryThe location is a bit far from the centre but it's okay with the metro. But the main entrance is at the very end of the street which was a bit scary at night. I think they should put an entrance to the front
Kind people, nice, versatile breakfast

NetherlandsThe hotel is a bit far from metro stations. The bus, 56 and 29 stop near the hotel. The bathroom is small although I didn't have any problems.
The price is reasonable. It is difficult to find a single room with a bathroom for this price in Paris. The room is simple, but it is comfortable. It is not very gorgeous, but breakfast is also included. The room is very clean.

SwitzerlandThe breakfast could have been better for example, instead of vending machines juices they should server fresh one. Noodles, pastas could have been included in the menu.
I recently visited Paris alone and booked this hotel as it was offering single bedroom. The room was small enough to accommodate single person with the luggage. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was also good. Location was also not very far from the city, be it Effile tower or Louvre Museum you could reach via M6 and M1 in 30-40 minutes. Overall nice stay for a solo Traveller.

MauritiusOne lady at the open buffet restaurant talked roughly with me that I was not allowed to take sandwiches and afterwards she continued to have an eye on me on what I was taking for my breakfast and she asked me my card to verify if I stayed at the hotel. She was not welcoming at all. As an Indian lady, we are limited to what we eat normally. We are mostly eggtarian or vegetarian and our choice of food is limited.

NetherlandsMetro stops are a bit far (900m) from the hotel. There is no parking.
It is very reasonable in Paris, where the hotels are quite expensive nowadays. The room is not big, but there are not any inconveniences. Bus no.29 stops in front of the hotel. Supermarkets and restaurants are near the hotel (not in front). Cleaning is done every day. Many people mention the size of the bathroom and it is small, but I could use it without any problems. Breakfast is included. I will stay in this hotel again.

United States of AmericaThe location is very far out and I would definitely stay closer to the city. There aren't a lot of restaurants within walking distance. Also, housekeeping kept entering the room beginning two hours prior to checkout.
The accommodation was clean. Linens were nice and there was plenty of room for a family of five. Breakfast was great and the front desk staff was very helpful!

SlovakiaThese are things the hotel cannot do much about, and as it is a budget hotel, it will certainly have some disadvantages. The single room was tiny, with the shower practically atop the toilet and almost no floor room which was not taken up by the bed, but had all the necessities (a desk, a wardrobe, a window one could open, wifi). The building itself was quite unusual, (it seems to have been built in the sixties or seventies --unusual shapes and bright colors). The large complex includes a youth cneter and a local theatre. It was quite a hike to get to the reception or the breakfast buffet from ones room. The surrounding neighborhood seems safe (there are a couple of schools next to the hotel) but is a bit of an island wedged between a railroad line, a highway (though my room was quiet) and a hospital on the edge of Paris proper, about a ten minute walk from the nearest metro station.
The "continental breakfast" is actually a buffet with fresh bread, yogurt, fruit, coffee and juice machines and even a few hot items (scrambled eggs and frankfurters). The only item with a limit are the croissants (one each), which is understandable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean. The bed in my room was extremely comfortable.
