Basin had no plug so you had to run the water all the time which is wasteful. The basin was designed not to have a plug but its a shame to waste water.

No coffee in room but there was a machine in the foyer so no major issue.

We were warmly welcome and although we were early they let us into our room which was super kind and increadibly helpful. We loved the décor of our room and the view over the garden and flowing countrywide was wonderful. Breakfast was yummy too.

Lovely modern, clean and very well appointed room with ensuite shower room very nicely presented. Great continental breakfast, buffet style and was well replenished with fresh produce on several occassions during breakfast. The hotel is located at the top of Rocamador, with easy access to the lifts down to the village, the lifts close at 7pm every day, however there is a fabulous French restuarant opposite the hotel. The Manager/owner extremely welcoming and very helpful as were all the staff. Huge car park for hotel guests. would definately stay here again.

Perfect location, the castle ramparts is in 3 minutes walking. To get inside the castle make sure you have 2 EUR coins, no credit cards are accepted. Thoughtful and nice personnel explained what to do and to see in the area and in the region. Parking area reserved for the clients. Coffee machine in the hall (1-2 EUR coins) Super quiet area

Spotlessly clean, great modern room and bathroom (excellent rainfall shower). Breakfast was very good value. The staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful. Great free parking. Great location, near the lifts down to the medieval city and only a 15 minute walk on a solid and level path to a big choice of restaurants, or a very good restaurant right opposite. Really excellent value for money and far better than I’d expected for a 2 star hotel. Without wishing to sound flash, I usually book 4 star and was really happy to stay here. Rooms were great. Good size with nice backyard/garden view. Location was even better, very short walking distance to the top of Rocamadour to visit all the highlights.
