communication could have been better, I emailed and message several times in the weeks leading up to arrival to see whether we could drop our sons medication to be left in a fridge prior to check in, but they never responded. Parking was a bit tricky as spaces filled up quickly and there were occasions where we couldn't park on site in the evening

We didn't have breakfast included therefore we didn't use this service. The apartment was really nicely finished and although small had most things needed. Location was good and easy to get around.

There is 10 min walking distance from the city center but its a nice walk :)

The room was big enough for two people, bed was confortable. I liked the fact that the aprtament had the room and the living room separated. Everything was cleaned. A simple place but fitted the purpose.

Only supplied one toilet roll, which was bizarre. Staff on the desk weren’t very friendly.

Has everything you need inside the property and the beds are comfortable. Also sorted us a late check in and stored our bags at the end of the stay.

The tv is not smart so Netflix etc is not really an option. The wifi is not very good. The hallways are very dark.

If you think of it as a tiny home, it’s quite a spacious place otherwise it’s a very compact, stylish accommodation with lots of cooking equipment and a very effective stovetop. There is also a fondue set. The electric shutters are effective in shutting out the light. There is free parking in the lot or underground.

lighting in the hallway to the rooms could be automated or fit a timer switch nearer the reception door.

Breakfast was a buffet style with freshly cooked eggs to order. Everything was fresh and delivered daily. ski locker was just about adequate for two skiiers. Fold away bed made the room spacious for times when not going to bed. Supermarket nearby and Pizza place were ideal for us on a budget.

The rooms were small but I guess it’s often the case in France

Very friendly personnel at the hotel. Mountain Views from any room. Excellent breakfast and dinners. Full kitchen facilities in the room. Short walk to the lift, we left all our equipment at the shop near the lift to store so we didn’t need to carry anything. Great value for money.

A bit too hot in the room at night. Not enough toiletries. couldn’t store our baggage as said it was full, despite saying the day before that it would be fine.

kitchenette was very useful. clean with nice views. Location is good for the price and there is an excellent pizzeria across the road. They also have a lovely Alsatian, who was chilled, even after I accidentally stood on his paw.

Fantastic location for walking to the village and ski slopes. it is also just a few minutes walk from the local supermarket and boulangerie too. We had a ground floor 1 bedroom apartment, with a well equipped kitchen.

My room faced onto the main road which was pretty noisy. It was good to have a fridge but the door didn't close so things didn't keep very cool.

The room ("studio") had a decent balcony with a pleasant view, and there was a supermarket, boulangerie and café within walking distance.

We arrived early and the lady at reception made us feel very unwelcome, we asked if we could leave our bags and she looked incredibly annoyed by this request. I booked 3 rooms for 3 people but 2 of them weren’t made up, we had to do it ourselves. We weren’t given enough towels or toilet paper, when we asked for more we were told we had to buy our own. We asked for an extra pillow, we were told no. The noise from upstairs was so bad, we couldn’t get to sleep until 1.30am, chairs scraping, wardrobe door going backwards and forwards was so loud. There is a small kitchen but nowhere to store any food. There isn’t enough storage for clothes and all of the ski clothing that we had, more hooks and shelves are needed.
