You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

GermanyOne night we had a heavy rain and the roof was leaky and rain coms in. The kitchen could be better equipped. The Appartement was a little bit run downed. When we arrived we had to make the beds and when we were leaving, we have to pull all the beddings off
Only a 10 Min walk to the Beach. There starts also a really nice hiking trail to a lighthouse. It is a short walk along the beach to Sait-Florent, which is a really nice village. Great view from the balcony over the bay.

SwitzerlandWe did not especially like the location: it is close to the beach, but there is literally nothing else nearby. Closest restaurant at the beach is at the camp site 15 min away (walk on the road) and not great. About 35-40 min walk to town, which is not very practical. And making your own bed for over 200 euros a night us a bit exaggerated…
Nice and clean swimming pool. Enough parking. Apartment was simple, but had everything we needed, incl. kitchen gear, balcony furniture, etc. Friendly owners

Very nice holiday resort nearby the beach and yachting harbour of Saint Florence. Direct sea view from our appartment as described. Nice and tidy garden and pool area. Parking nearby the appartments possible. Just a few minutes walk to beach in eastern and western direction. Good WLAN access. Friendly service !

GermanyOne bathroom was an open bathroom in one of the bedrooms. During the day in hot weather the bedroom was a bit smelly from the bathroom/toilet. There were only two hotplates on the stove and one small pan.
Big room and it had two refrigerators, two bathrooms and there was everything you need for as kitchen supply.

SwitzerlandThe apartment is quiet and very comfortable. Within the property you have access to many amenities such as a pool, table tennis, babyfoot. The sandy beach is only 50m away and the village 10min away. This combination makes it an excellent great value for money.

NetherlandsI was really disappointed because the price value was nothing. Paid €780 for 3 nights. When we arrived the apartment wasn’t even clean, sticky floor and the toilet smells like old urine. I had to make the bed myself. Then I also had to clean the apartment before leaving (like seriously I paid €260 for 1 night??). Also the facilities were poor. The water of the pool was not clean at all. The garden wasn’t neat. Then during our entire stay I have never seen a staff member at the location. Just really disappointed by this place.
