We had to wait a long time to check-in and also check-out., but the staff was very friendly and helpful. We even got an upgrade.

Only 2 cooker rings in an appartment designed for up to 6 people seems rather mean. We struggled and we were just 2 people. Only a small combi oven/microwave which again is not so user friendly. Heavy traffic in Ajaccio, but not something the hotel can do anything about.

Bright, airy and very clean appartment with a lovely view of the sea. Large and very comfortable bed with quality bedding. Plenty of fluffy towels plus pool towels provided upon request. Excellent soundproofing and air conditioning. Cable TV and good WIFI connection. Lots of parking on site. Small-ish heated pool and attractive sunbathing terrace. On a bus route into town if required but very nice to walk into town around the coast. Supermarkets within easy reach. Very professional, helpful and friendly staff.

Everything went really well. Great, spacious apartment, with a large balcony with a beautiful sea view. 2 large bedrooms, well appointed, comfortable bedding. 1 big and 1 small bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed our stay. Nice swimming pool and spa, open all day. We paid off-season price, which made it worthwhile for us.

There was a laundry room, which we appreciated, but no ironing board or iron either in the apartment or the laundry room. Maybe French people iron their clothes on holiday…. The staff in the restaurant Courtpaille were arrogant and rude. There were lots of empty tables but we were told they were full….and they would not even serve us a beer.

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, we loved the pool and pool bar , the staff at reception and in the pool bar were excellent.

This hotel is in a great location if you have a car, with lots of parking and quick access to the main roads. If you do not have a car then the location is a bit more tricky - it is about a mile walk into the centre of Ajaccio which wouldn't be an issue but the road is very busy and the walk along the bay front is not pleasant. There is the Line 1 bus into the centre of Ajaccio which stop just outside the hotel but these stop at 8pm and there is the hotel shuttle but this does not run on a Sunday (when the buses stop around 6pm) and needs to be pre-booked. In the other direction there is a nice beach Plage du Ricanto but again walking there is not pleasant even though it is only about a 20 minute walk - there isn't a path along part of the main road which is quite fast. You can get there using the hotel shuttle but you need to prebook and only run at certain times.

Hotel was nice and clean, we had an apartment which was well equipped, rooms were a good size, beds were comfy and had a good view over Ajaccio bay from our balcony. When we had an issue with the shower head being broken I reported it to reception and someone came to fix it within 1/2 hour, so a really quick resolution of our issue. There was a laundry room available, the pool was clean and there was also a table tennis table. The staff on reception spoke good English and were helpful. Lots of free parking available when we had a hire car and a shuttle bus for the local beach (Plage du Ricanto) and into town. There is a supermarket and boulangerie a couple of minutes walk from the hotel.

If you don’t speak French is tough. Reception in the hotel were nice and friendly.

Location is close to the airport, shopping center where you can buy your breakfast. Hotel shuttle is great!

Check in was at 17h so when we arrived at 10am we had to wait for our room to be available. I would have expected a speedier process especially since we made our arrival known in advance. Check out was at 10am so that means that 7 hours are needed to clean the room, which is not plausible. Also although we made aware in advance that while we could not check in earlier than 17h we were told that we could still use the pool ….they only allowed us to use the pool from 14h which is a rule that we did not understand and made us dissatisfied at the outset. They told us that the room would be cleaned on a given day and we planned to be absent on that day to facilitate the cleaning but it was not cleaned and we had to ask the reception to arrange for the cleaning of the room which was done when it was a full house. Last but not least, I don’t recall anywhere mentioned that there is a €700 guarantee at check in. This is a substantial amount of money that is blocking the availability of card funds and it would be good that guests know that in advance to make necessary arrangements.

The pool area was excellent and very clean. The availability of parking places. The room had pool and sea view and it was fantastic.

Nothing bad, but they could put an iron and ironing board in the apartments. I had to borrow one from the reception and returned it when we checked out.

Nice lovely apartment with sea view. Clean apartment and close to public transport. The buffet breakfast was ok, could be improved as there was only two choices of eggs (boiled or scramble).

when we arrived, we got a list of available items and their price in the apartment - in case we steal or destroy something: looks like the hotel had some bad experience with stealers but this list gave a bad impression there is a construction work next to the hotel during the week- it was right next to our apartment, windows close well and there is AC but can be disturbing on the balcony

great view from the balcony, spacious and comfortable apartment, fantastic pool and whirlpool, everything clean. nice walk to city center (appr 40 mins) but except of Sunday, we could also use the shuttle bus for free. helpful staff.

The apartment was very spacious and fully equipped. Breakfast were amazing with a huge choice of food and very high hygiene standards (if it comes to serving food etc.). Fantastic place to spend the holiday. It was about 35 min walk from the city center and 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach.

unfortunately with every day there was more ants, not only on the floor but also worktop etc. Not sure how it is possible to store, prepare and eat your own food there (and the apartments are mainly supposed to be for that kind of stay)
