Bed was a bit hard for my friends liking. I did find the room warm with no great way to ventilate throughout the night but it was all manageable.

Good place to stay while in Lyon. You have a great view of the gorgeous park and have many connections to tourist attractions while being in a quiet neighborhood. Nice kitchenette that has all you could need.

Shower flexible was broken and I cut my hand on it. No soap in the shower. The breakfast was "Minimal" despite the price.

If you go to the Cité International or attend a show at the Amhpitheatre3000 the location is perfect. Lot of parking lot, many restaurants, walking distance of the theatre, location is perfect of this purpose. But a bit far away from the historical city centre of Lyon.

The staff is limited in the English language, they are not really general information friendly. It's not really easy to locate the hotel from first, missing some signs... The hotel is located from the insight.

Must say that if you are looking for some location that is peaceful, safe and suitable for family. This is the best location in all of Lyon. 5 minutes walk from the large park, the free Zoo is located inside. 15 minutes ride with a bus to the city centre. 4 lines are operating on a regular basis.

One downside was the room was a bit stuffy/ warm overnight, but we didn't feel comfortable having the window open for air because the adjacent rooms are connected to each other by a narrow balcony. It would be easy for someone to climb in which did not feel safe. That being said, this would not put me off from staying another time.

We had a very comfortable short stay (1 night) for 3 adults in a shared room (1 single bed; 1 double bed). Although we did not use the kitchen amenities, we were impressed by the range of supplies (hot plate, kettle, toaster, pots/ pans, cutlery/ crockery, mircowave etc). These would be very helpful indeed for a longer visit. The location is also ideal for a visit to Lyon - there are a variety of transport options to the parts of the city that we wanted to see (Bellecour, Vieux Lyon, Croix Rousse, Fourviere etc).

As a family of 5 with teenage kids, it was perfect for our needs. We were able to arrive late, hungry and just cook some basic food. It was well equipped, warm and clean. We slept well and headed off again early the next morning.

nothing - great value and would stay again if at the conf centre for work

Great location for the conf centre...3 min walk! :-) Restaurants beside the hotel were good too I walked into the old town in 45 mins along the river. Turn right and then right down some steps, cross the road and you are at the river with a Pedestrian and cycle walk way.

This accomodations is amazing for groups visiting conferences in Congress Center in Lyon. We were in the 3 bedroom apartment which is convenient for up to 6 persons or 2-3 couples.

A small issue was that we couldn't tell if the AC unit was working correctly. It never really cooled down the place, but luckily there was a window and the weather was really cool. Only issue with open window was we would randomly awake to people yelling or talking outside at nearby tables. This was just a small minor issue.

The apartment/hotel room was quite large for its price. The staff was great and very helpful. If you are attending a conference/meeting at the City Congress Amphitheater, then it is in a great location.

Not much to fault.

Nicely sized and spacious room. Clean linen and clean bathroom. Located in a great location with parks and rivers all around the property which makes for a scenic walk. A couple of bus stops within walking distance from the property which takes you to the main station or the city center. A variety of restaurants around the hotel including one at the property makes deciding what to have for lunch an absolute breeze.

Breakfast was shambolic. I went to the nearby Crowne Plaza, a little more expensive but worth the extra.
