The location of the residence on Booking, when you click directions on the map lead to the wrong town! Which we ended up going to, this should be fixed soon to avoid others having the same issue.

I feel some of the furniture were a bit old or broken. I'd love to have found a proper coffee machine rather than just the french press. Bedroom was quite small.

Lovely residence in a strategic position near the village of Eguisheim; very quiet area, free covered parking, swimming pool. The flat is comfortable with a nice balcony and dining area. All the amenities needed to cook food were available. Reception open a good amount of time, staff very friendly and available to respond to our requests.

I did not like that check in time is verrrryy late. 5pm. We were there 4pm and we were behind the gate unable to go inside.... nobody answering the telefone. That was not handig with kids after traveling very long. The check in was not very complete and information we needed to he finding alone.

I’m still waiting for the caution back after 5 days today. Reception closed a midi, we arrived earlier with a lot of rain. We were waiting in the car under the rain till someone openned the portail. We were eating in the car while waiting for the reception to open. Check-in late, time table swimmingpool during the excursion timing ( tuesday open at 11😅). Small swimmingpool ( perfect when we are almost alone).

Village and place of the apartement perfect. Parking indoor included. Nice apartement and quite. Nice swimmingpool, is perfect when almost no people around there. Playground for kids. Gardens everywhere. Calm and quite. The girl of reception blonde from saturday and the man encharged of the pool very nice. Games and books to borrow. Rooms are nice but for 5 people or more a bit small.

Tiny bedroom, uncomfortable furniture. My main issue was cleanliness, i had to ask for new mattress cover due to stains and hairs. Poor level of cleanliness throughout the property. Cobwebs, and just generally marked walls and dull looking.

Loved the location close to the lovely village of Eguisheim. Easy walk to numerous wine cellars and restaurants. Pool and sunbathing area good but i imagine it will be busy with children in the height of summer. Nice balcony area.

Weak wifi (weak signal, disconnects repeatedly...)

Very good location 5 min walk from the center of Eguisheim. Calm area with a beautiful swimming pool (warm, nice design). Games for kids. Large balconies in the flats. Decent kitchen corner. Nice local architecture.

The place is looking a tillte bit tired but everything was clean, the maintenance alround the pool area like the outside shower needs more cleaning as the floor is full of green scum making it a bit disgusting and dangerous. The reception opening hours are a bit tricky.

The pool was at a perfect temparature, the appartment was quiet, location could not be better, 10 minutes walk from the village. We had a duplex appartment for a family of 4 and it was perfect, with two bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. The lady at the reception was friendly.

The location is lovely, with a view over the vineyards to Le Trois Chateau. The duplex apartment was perfect for our family of four. The pool was an added bonus.

The main bad is in a very small room, you must leave the main door open or the window to get fresh air. The hotel should consider Air Conditioning especially that the summers are very hot.The hallways could be cleaned more often, the carpets have animal fur.

Swimming pool, garden, terrace with various games (eg billiards). Friendliness of the staff, especially reception.

Very old bathroom with dirty and broken shower unit and toilet seat. For the money you pay, I expected the apartment to be in a better state.

There was a smell in the tolltet and we had to prepare the beds by ourselves. Also only one toilet is provided.

I would have very much liked to have found our bed made upon our arrival. Instead, the clean linen were provided and we had to make the bed when we arrived.

No restaurant or a coffee shop at least to have breakfast.

Well organized, proper place for parking and it is calm and quiet. 5 minutes by car to Colmar.

Reception hours are limited, there is a great option to order bakery products, but as the reception opens late it's a bit late for breakfast. Also, I am aware that this is an apartment and not a hotel, but I think that toilet paper should be available and not limited, especially on weekends / holidays when stores are closed

The check in process was extremely unpleasant, we received the wrong address via Booking, and the reception/ check in was only available in the short frame of 5-7 pm. With the confirmed reservation we received an automatic message, it could so easily solve the issue by mentioning the street address. We were stressed about arriving before 7pm with a 4 hour drive, were sent to the wrong place, called their contact number, no polite helpful answer was given and no apologies were offered. On top of it, the blankets and bed linen for 3 adults were in a discreet cabinet behind the door (not in any of the obvious and visible wardrobes snd drawers), and there was no one answering calls anymore, resulting in a cold winter night.

The room is cosy for a family once you finally get there (be careful to have the right street address, the one we had from booking was another street). The kid also enjoyed the indoor pool during winter. Nice location to explore Alsace

The location, the wc separated to the bathroom and the parking was very confortable.

It was a little hard to find the front office to check in. We had to wait for a car to go through the gate and walk in behind them.

design of the balconies meant that all normal volume conversations could be heard on both sides. Laundry facilities lacking. Only one functional machine and much more expensive than the Laundromat in nearby Colmar.
