Location. From main station La Defence it is about 15 mins walk which was hard for me with a toddler

Breakfast was very poor for choice. I had looked at some reviews and thought it can’t be that bad but it was. Just so little to choose from. After the first morning where we never had any breakfast such was the lack of choice I requested a refund on breakfast for the remainder of the stay(next 2 nights). I therefore paid for breakfast that I never had on the first day. The staff were very good though and understanding of my complaint. Although the manager did seem a bit reluctant he eventually did give me a refund on the 2 days breakfast as I had requested.

Room we booked was a good size although it was upstairs and downstairs. Which wasn’t mentioned when I booked the property. Wasn’t ideal as my father has difficulty with stairs but overall it didn’t spoil our stay which was good.

The photos are misleading, we were expecting something else. Nevertheless, everything was clean and the room was nice. They have no air conditioning and the facilities are a little bit old.

The nearest metro / train station 15mins away and the station ( la defense) located in the hill and that means you need climb lots of stairs to reach station. If you are in Paris to see main attractions I dont recommend this hotel apprx travel time from hotel to city centrum is about 45min. Especially in working hours taking taxi/uber is not an logical option due to heavy traffic. The elevator of the hotel is total nightmare. It is working very slowly and sometimes it didnt work. We were in 11th floor.

People were smoking inside their rooms and at the hotel entrance. The corridors were smelling cigarette and weed. There was no room cleaning service. No towels replenished. Not enough seats in the reception waiting area. No wider snacks choices in vending machine.

However there are a couple of things i didn't like it: 1) the Wifi service: instead of logging into the "wifi-hotel username" with the hotel's password, it requires to create a personal profile (username and password) - i think this would be a little annoying for people who are staying for less than a week. Maybe this works better for people who stays for longer periods. 2) i happened to come in a period where in Paris was 25°C and so i was fine with the weather. However the room i had,hadn't a fan or AC, so in hotter days (or colder days in winter), it would be a problem depending on how one could bear the weather. 3)A word of advice for the hairdryer: please do add some more because there's just only one throughout the hotel and it's a bit of annoying when in need.

Situated at 20 minutes on foot from La Defense train/metro station and from La Defense Arena (which was the reason why i booked this hotel/appartment due to some friends of mine playing a gig there during my stay), this is an unexpected gem. Also in the same zone there are fast foods and more groceries shops as well as a grocery market as well so you shouldn't have difficulties. Helpful staff and nice room, it has the confort one need in case of a week's holiday where one can manage to do a lot. A small but yet liveable kitchen with microwave,an induction kitchen,a small fridge and some cookware. A sufficent bathroom with a shower as well. Then of course if people would read correctly the services given, should know that if they want their room cleaned everyday, this isn't included per sè in the amount but to paid separately and expressively asked at the reception, just like the breakfast. I had read prior to my stay that rooms weren't cleaned and stuff like that, but i did found them cleaned and tried to left it cleaned as possible before leaving.

Booked a twin but got a double. Arrived 10pm so said too late to sort the same night but would do tomorrow. We unzip the bed to 2 smaller ones but undersheet, duvet and sheets were double. Asked 2 further occasions at reception for twin bedding which never came. Only 1 lift working. In q big block was a while waiting some time Breakfast narrow selection of pastries bread and yoghurt

Short 10 minute walk to la defense so decent base to explore Paris from. Hot shower
