Person at reception does not speak English very well so it was bit complicated to get answer on some questions when we asked for help.

Great place to stay when visiting Paris. RER station is very close, together with some opportunities for quick shopping for food. Room was really big and we had enough space for family of four.

No airconditioning, a absulte must during hot days. The room was too warm to sleep comfortably. The male host was constantly distracted and forgot to open the parking garage, so each guest had to come back and remind him. There were no eggs for breakfast???

Nice modern hotel with parking possibility. Very fresh breakfast room with tasteful setting of the chairs and table. And rooms with nice view on the Marne.

We had made a reservation for two single beds but there was a doubble bed with one blanket in the room. Because it was already midnight the person in reception said he can not do anything about it. We were very exhausted but because I was travelling with my teenage daughter I took the beddings out myself, separated the beds (connected with a zipper and a mattress) and made the beds with the extra sheets provided by the reception. I paid in cash but I did not receive any kind of receipt from the transaction and when I realized that I had to go back to the reception for a second time to ask for it. It all took an extra hour and effort well past the midnight before we could get to sleep at last and the reception did not as much as to apologize for their mistake and uncomfort produced. The place is far away from the center so it takes time to travel there and also costs extra. The late night metro did not go all the way to this station and it's looong way to come here by the late night bus.

The hotel is in a very nice place by the canal and we had a beautiful scenery from our window with a small balcony towards the canal, some green area and pretty houses next to the hotel. The room was nice, clean, quite specious and quiet. There was a small kitchenette for simple cooking (the placement in the hall maybe not the best). The neighborhood was also peaceful and metro station near by. Most people at the reception were friendly and helpful.

The landing carpet on the 2nd floor needed a clean in one place but the rest of the accommodation was clean.

Don't ask "at what time will you arrive" and give options that are earlier than the available check-in. This leads to false expectations and made us arrive too early. Also, I was unclear about whether my reserved parking spot was secured until we reached the hotel. Could have been communicated clearer. Otherwise, perfect stay!

We arrived at 14:00, as we had indicated. I only later read that check-in would be possible from 15:00 onward only. I had to ask a few times, but eventually the receptionist checked, and our room was already available, so that was nice. Reception does not speak English well, but they really try their best to communicate in any way that works. The room had a nice view, was clean and very spacious - especially for the price. The train station (direct connection to Paris city center) is a 5 minute walk and very convenient. Neighborhood feels safe enough, too, but the private parking that is available for € 10,- per night was still very welcome just to be extra safe.

Too far away from Paris, 45 minute train ride each way, tickets and Uber rides became very expensive. There was no basic oil or seasoning in the kitchenette. Only give you new towels once every 5 days! We stayed 11 days, our room was cleaned once.

We upgraded and had a room with floor to ceiling windows, the view was great. It was nice having a kitchenette.

No air conditioning in the room. Not really a problem since the property is situated near a river. Could be uncomfortable if you visit during a heatwave.

One can have a restful night. The hotel is situated in a quiet area but within 10 minutes of walk you can get to the nearest train station.

- parking (never expect such a parking facility from Residhome), even don’t understand how it got approved. - cannot expect people in reception speak English. Some can speak but not all. - No room service offered for such a price / day. - Heater took 2 hour to make 20m2 room warm.
