The bathroom door could not been closed. And there was almost no isolation between bathroom and sleeping room. A bit disturbing.

The bathroom was not necessarily modern, and the toilet was leaching. The neighbourhood is a little far from city center but there are multiple metro connections.

The room was really nice and cozy, with a big bed and a small kitchen area. The staff was really nice and helpful. The location is quiet.

Room is quite small even for 2 ppl. Also not clean enough for some facilities like pillow case, I saw sth black on them. I assume that they didn't wash them very carefully.

It's a peaceful and safe place with many locked doors. Location is also great, 15mins walk from here to metro station. Also provided 2 bottles of water, tea, coffee, cookies and chocolate for us.

The shower room as a whole was very tiny, but specifically the space around the toilet seat was very cramped, I'm 5'2 and had to angle myself slightly to sit comfortably but my husband who is 5'10 and built like a tank found it very awkward.

We loved the little kitchenette in our room and the cleanliness in general. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet and peaceful, we barely heard any noise from the hotel or from outside. The continental breakfast was also lovely and the breakfast room was beautifully decorated, it was such a lovely way to start the day. We were really happy with the access to the city too, in less than 30 mins on public transport, you're in the heart of Paris. Lastly, we told them at booking that it was our anniversary and they left us a little box of chocolates which we really appreciated and thought was a lovely touch! Thank you!!

There was no one at night in the hotel reception to greet/check-in guests. We arrived a lot late in the night due to some emergencies but had faced a lot of trouble checking-in. Thankfully, there was a phone number and my mobile had just enough battery left to complete a conversation. The man on the other side helped us a lot to get us checked-in, even with his troubled English. At first he told me we didn't have any reservation, which was a shock and we had panic moments there. Anyways, at the end, all were sorted out, and we could check-in finally.

The studio apartment was very nice and cozy and clean. The balcony was amazing as well. There was elevator, s a room on the fourth floor was a cake walk. The kitchenette was small but had some great amenities, we used it to our satisfaction. The bathroom was also a bit small but was very clean and comfortable. The entire apartment was lovely, had a good backyard garden.

I did not like the fact that I had to travel so long every day to get to the city center or rather the touristic places. It was also a bit creepy at night around the hotel area. The place is not really sound proofed so I did hear people talking or the doors etc. They did not gave us enough towels which we asked for more. There are tiny molds around the room it was not extreem so not the worst. The room is not too specious and the pillows are just bad, but it is not the worst experience.

I overal liked the hotel it is mainly calm and a bit empty. It is far away from the city which helps with the rooms to be quite. The breakfast is nothing too big simple but yet elegant. The staff is not that bad but they are not energetic, just neutral. The room does have a kitchen with everything you would need to eat and cook but we did not make use of it.

Bathroom could be cleaner (some hair and water doesn’t evacuate very well) and a few things need more attention (2 lamps were broken for instance). Too many decorative pillows on the bed: it looks nice when you enter but then they occupy litterally half the cupboard, so no more space for your luggage…

The toilet is so small that it was uncomfortable to use it. Plastic mattress protector made it uncomfortable to sleep. Only the terrace window opens so I was not able to keep it open overnight for fresh air. TV had no option to cast or bluetooth so was not able to listen to anything except 10 French channels.

The apartment is tiny but has a huge terrace - bigger than an apartment. Would be perfect for warm days. Unfortunately we visited in winter so we were not able to enjoy it much. The room was clean and had all the basics. Everyone was very friendly. It is a good location to discover Paris by metro - 2 stations nearby. Very quiet. Few good restaurants in the area and supermarkets.

The metro ride in and out of the city feels long when you just want to be walking down the Champs Elysee, or sitting in the Luxembourg gardens soaking up the atmosphere. But its not really anything serious to complain about, unless you've money to burn on a very central hotel.

The room was excellent, spotlessly clean and with everything you could want for a short stay. The coffee maker was particularly welcome! The beds were very comfortable and the venue was generally quiet, making for a good nights sleep. Although quite far out, 25-30 mins on the metro, the station is only a 7-8 minute walk and we only really needed to make a journey in in the morning and home again at the end of the day, so for the quality of the place and the price (in the middle of the Rugby World Cup) we were very happy to live with that minor inconvenience. And the metro line (13) from Malakoff Plateau de Vanves runs through Montparnasse, which is a major metro hub allowing you to easily get to wherever you want to go around the city.

The towels they provided could be a little cleaner, they were kind of sticky... Regarding the room sizes, its actually pretty big, but once you start unpacking you realize space is kind of lacking, but its okay-ish

The room was very nice, it was very well prepared, it had some food for the late arrival, so we could just go straight to rest! The location is really good!! It had 2 metro stations really close!

The breakfast was lacking and 9 euros- Not worth it- it ends at 9 am during the week. No fresh fruit on the first day. The breakfast attendant keeps the mediocre coffee at the desk and you must ask for it. There is barely meat or cheese enough for a small portion, and only one kind of cereal. if you stay here, go to breakfast at one of the many delicious bakeries in the city.

A very good value and accessible as we were traveling with our family. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and we made good use of the kitchenette. This hotel also has secure onsite parking which is rare in Paris.
