Nothing, everything was wonderful!

Great layout. Access to breakfast in the morning and flavored water and fruit throughout the day. Indoor sitting area as well as the outside court yard. We had the adjoining rooms and it was perfect for our stay. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful with any questions about the hotel and Paris. They made our first trip to Paris one we will always cherish and remember.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They spoke several different languages. The location was very convenient for exploring Paris by foot, bus and metro. The style of the hotel and rooms fitted with being in Paris. Breakfast was excellent (if you like French breakfast, which we do) with a good selection of savoury, pastries and drinks.

The room was an ok size. Not big but normal for Paris. the room itself was nice and clean and also very comfortable. The location was extremely good as it was very close to the city centre. Everything within walking distance.

Very small bathroom but a minor complaint. Shower over the bath too, not walk in but very powerful.

We loved the location. A little bit away from the busy areas and crowds but in good walking distance. A twenty minute walk to most spots you would like to visit including the Luxembourg gardens. Restaurants about 10 minutes away. A beautiful boulangerie right beside it with gorgeous rolls, cakes and coffee. The area feels safe at nightime and we walked home every evening. Jao at reception welcomed us and made us feel welcomed. We also had the two connecting double rooms as our teenage son was with us and that was perfect and hard to find in Paris in such a great area. We would definitely stay here again.

There's actually nothing to complain about :-)

The hotel is cozy and well kept in shape. The room was small but contained everything we needed. There is enough storage for clothes, bags, shoes. We had a street view room and the windows kept out most of the noise. The area was off the beaten track with a nice atmosphere, a lot of small retail shops and restaurants, and probably "more Paris" than any of the famous sights. The next Metro station is not far away and takes you directly to either Gare de l'Est or Gare du Nord, as well as a lot of sights. There's also a bus stop nearby with several lines that go to Gare Montparnasse or RER station Saint Michel-Notre Dame

The transfer we booked via the hotel was 121€ from the airport but when we got an Uber back at the end of our stay it was only 45€.

A wonderful hotel in a lovely location just 35 mins walk, or a few mins on metro, from the main tourist attractions. Really friendly and welcoming with comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast to start your day. The staff are more than happy to help make sure your stay is enjoyable, as well as offering local information. We had a fabulous time and will definitely visit again.

It was perfect for our stay.

The property was a beautiful Parisian hotel where we were welcomed from the start of our stay. Joao gave us advise on visiting places and was very helpful. Great Location to restaurants and bars within 2 mins walk and access to buses/trains. We brought a 2 day ticket at airport 44 euros each which allowed us to use all buses, RER and trains around the city. We had a lovely continental breakfast with fresh juices, fresh teas and coffee selection, yogurts, pastry’s and fresh fruits. There was a small selection of hot food also.
