Perfect location. Had everything we needed. Clean and tidy. Comfortable beds- mother and adult son traveling so we used the sofa bed too.

It was very small, especially in the bedroom loft where the bed was wedged against one wall and the head room did not allow me to stand up in there. It was quite stuffy as the only window could not be opened. The steps were extremely steep and, even though they were well lit, I would not recommend this studio for people with the slightest mobility issues or of more than average height. The toilet and showers opened into the kitchen so privacy could be an issue for some people. The windows were in the ceiling so when we spent part of the day in there, we couldn’t see outside and it was quite dark.

The location was very good- a very short walk into the main part of Annecy and a 12 minute walk to and from the station. We were made feel very welcome by the owners who were close, accessible and went out of their way to respond to any request. The studio felt like a ski lodge which gave it lovely ambience.

Nothing to fault. There is no elevator as this is an old building. Wasn't an issue for us and Tim even gave us a hand with luggages but those with lots of heavy bags to carry should keep that in mind. I think there is a neighbour who smokes a lot of cigarette in the hallway and sometimes the cigarette smell sips through the door but wasn't an issue when we were sleeping upstairs in the loft.

Well appointed apartment, very clean and tidy, good location, access to old town is easy. Lots of space for luggages. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely friendly hosts, with good recommendations for local restaurants and boulangeries. Bed super comfy. Bonus: Photos were not misleading at all!

I’m struggling to find anything I didn’t like. There are two flights of stairs to access the apartment so if you are not keen on stairs that could be a problem.

The property was small but perfectly formed. It had pretty much everything you could want to make your stay comfortable. The location was great, a two minute walk from the hustle and bustle of the old town but with no noise issues, very close to the lake also. The communication with the owner was excellent, being met on arrival with all the information about the apartment was a nice touch. Sleeping was easy with a very cosy bed and an air conditioner to keep things cool.

The location, right next to the center of the old town, the amenities, how well thought everything was, the hosts. There is no better place to book for your Annecy holidays. Added bonus that Tim speaks perfect english so you do not have to worry about any miscommunication. If you are a couple or a family with young kids look no further. Can't wait to visit again! It felt like a very beautiful home away from home. Thank you so much for everything!!!

The studio is very modern, clean and has all the amenities you need. There are restaurants, bars, amazing bakeries and even a farmers market nearby. Tim the owner is very friendly and has great advice for all kinds of outdoors activities. I highly recommend this studio!

Loud street, hard parking during busy days. With sleeping baby no possibility to be a bit loud because of connected rooms, but that can be seen from the pictures. Everything else was fantastic.

Honestly, I have zero complaints - any small issues or questions we had were attended to promptly and cheerfully and if you’re debating staying here, just do it, you’re going to love it!

Our stay at Studio74 in Annecy was without a doubt the highlight of our trip in Europe. The studio is a newly renovated and beautifully decorated loft apartment in the heart of Annecy - literally a 1 minute walk to old town Annecy and the lake. The apartment was spotlessly clean and hygienic. The bed and sofa bed was extremely comfortable and the linen provided was very high quality. The little kitchen had everything you would need if you decided to cook at home as well. While we thoroughly enjoyed staying at this gorgeous little apartment, it was actually the hosts that made this place so great! Maile and her husband Tim were so accomodating both before and during our stay. Maile was extremely organised and sent through all of the information needed for the apartment, as well as some great restaurant recommendations, well ahead of time. We were also given a gorgeous bottle of wine as a welcome gift on arrival! We initially had some issues connecting to the WiFi (due to an iPhone iOS security update), and Maile was very responsive and resolved the issue straight away (in the late hours of the evening too) so we were reconnected as soon as possible. However, it was when we ran into some trouble ordering a taxi to depart Annecy that Maile and Tim went above and beyond for us. Unfortunately we couldn’t get one to pick us up, so Tim was incredibly kind and offered to drive us and our suitcases to the train station himself. We were just blown away by how helpful and hospitable they were! If we ever find ourselves in Annecy again we will absolutely rebook this place, and we would definitely recommend this to anyone else coming to visit this gorgeous little town!

Amazingly located, in an old refurbished studio, nicely decorated, right at the edge of the old city of Annecy. A fantastic place to explore the surroundings and streets. We loved Maile hospitality, recommendations and responsiveness. The place though small had everything we needed with lots of extra small touches. There is a public parking place right at the end of the street which was super comfortable and we did not move the car for 2 days. Bicycle rent, lake, boats, restaurants - all just a step away. We will definitely come back once in Annecy again.

The sofa bed is very uncomfortable and there is no air conditioning in that part of the apartment, so it gets really really hot there. As it is, the apartment is great for two people but not three.

Perfect place for two people. The upstairs bedroom is lovely, the location is perfect and the communication beforehand was great. Anna, who dealt with us in relation to the property, was so helpful and went out of our way when our car broke down. She was so kind and lovely.
