During this long weekend of May, the Boulevard was too noisy to sleep with the windows open as it was a bit hot inside, so this may be inconvenient in the summer. Although everything was very clean and very well organized, the notifications and instructions seemed a bit too "strict" to feel 100% welcome.

The apartment is very well located in the city, with convenient access to shops and monuments. It was very clean and all the instructions were correct.

It's nearby a large bus stop area, so it's noisy during the day starting around 6:00 am. The windows are excellent in terms of noise isolation so the outside noise is not an issue, as long as they are closed but if you want the windows open to enjoy some fresh air, then plan to deal with some noise.

It's a superb location and that's our third time staying there. The place is clean, a 2' walk to the Monoprix, the wi-fi is A+, and although it's a small place, it is perfect for 2 people. The host is great.

We have stayed in this unit many times over the past year. It missed a few chairs! The dinning room is only 3 benches and it is not comfortable to sit when you have to do work. We also stayed in the London apartment that is smaller but it has a small table a 4 folding chairs which gives more flexibility. I would recommend that the property adds 2 folding chairs.

Great location! The apartment is very spacious with separate bedroom that is an advantage since my husband can watch TV and I can relax in the bedroom.

Some initial email communication was confusing, about contract, outside door, etc. The bedding was nylon and hot, making sleep uncomfortable. Unfortunately not up to the standard of the rest of the apartment.

It is in a nice area. Very close to the city centre. It is clean and a good size for a family to stay. Good wifi and nice host and is reasonably prices.

The property is directly in front of a major bus stop and on a major street so it can be pretty noisy, especially in the morning. The windows do an excellent job at blocking the noise but having them closed can make the space quite warm (we had very nice warm weather during our stay). There is a kettle but no coffee machine so we had to use instant coffee as opposed to fresh-brewed. The only cleaning supply that was provided was a small sponge for the kitchen sink, so we purchased paper towels and a couple of throw-away sponges. We only had one (1) garbage bag provided with the apartment but a cleaning person working on the unit next door was very nice and provided us with another one. Only two towels and a floor towel were provided for the bathroom. No supplies such as travel-size toiletries. Also, the apartment comes with only one (1) set of key & access pod to the main door; this proved to be inconvenient when both of us decided to explore Caen separately as we had to decide who would have to be back first in order to open the door for the other... An apartment that can accommodate two persons should come with two set of keys.

The location is very close to the heart of downtown Caen with super-easy access to shopping. The wi-fi was absolutely superb (130+ Mbps for both upload/downloads). The place is very clean and new. The bed is great. The TV works fine and offers a lot of channel options. The shower has excellent water pressure. There is a towel drying rack in the bathroom. The refrigerator works very well. The host was great and very accommodating for arrival and departure time. The price was excellent.

Large 1 bedroom apartment, walking distance to center of town with great WiFi! Loved it and we have booked to stay couple more times during next couple of weeks while visiting our son who lives in Caen!

The equipment (cooking gear) in the appartment is really very basic. Also no cooking ingredients except for salt and pepper ... I understand that there is no coffee or tea upon arrival (although in all other places we visited this was the case), but it is simply impossible to make coffee (no coffee machine, not even a filter to make filter coffee, the host suggested we could buy and drink instant coffee powder). This makes breakfast in the morning a little but less pleasant ... Also, this is one of the places where a caution needs to be paid in advance, which is returned after leaving the place, if there is no damage. However, this is not really acceptable because there is no proof of how the state of the appartment is upon arrival, so in principle the host could claim any prior damage as well. Having said this, we had a problem with paying this caution, and the host waived this for us, for which we are obviously grateful.

That there was no parking just on street so sometimes had to drive round a bit to find parking . We had to use the sofa bed it was very uncomfortable and was very noisy through night with traffic and heard people shouting so didn’t sleep great .

Liked the shower . It was good location . Wifi was good . Nice and modern .
