I wasn’t a loud to check in until 15:30 which seem very late, they originally wanted 16:00. I even explained 2 weeks ago I had a train to check but they would change or give option of early check in for extra cost

the property is very tired , needs a bit of a spruce up , shower hanging of the wall , not very flexible with early check in , although that’s not a real issue . just had to leave luggage at the train station !

Everything. I booked this apartment for my Dad, his friend and his friends children for 2x nights. On arrival in Lille, the host told my father that they could not check in until 19:30pm, as he was "out". The host then pushed back check-in a further 2x times (21:30pm and midnight). The host told my father that he could only stay if he cancelled the booking through booking.com and paid him directly and on top of that, despite booking for 4x people, he insisted that only 3 of them could stay the first night and only 2 could stay the second night as the host and a friend were also staying at the apartment. My father, his friend and his friend's children had to sleep in a van in a car park on the first night and find alternative accommodation for the second night at their own cost, which was extremely expensive. The guests could not be re-located by booking.com as the host lied and said they had checked-in. When my father pushed back and explained the vulnerable position they were in with the children, the host called my Dad "stupid" and a "terrorist". Screenshots attached to ensure the host cannot discredit my review and continue lying. I would not advise anyone booking this apartment under any circumstances.

Keys had to be collected from another random hotel at a different location and the person at the hotel was unsure if he has given us the correct key Nothing working in the apartment, Toaster broken, Cooker not working, Very dirty, No hot water, Host was rude and said do not disturb him/her, Owner never answered the call, etc etc

Could not get access to property and phoned contact no which was an answerphone message to leave my number so I could be called back which I did but didn't get phoned back. Had to book alternative accommodation 4km outside centre. I can provide a booking com reference number if required. I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND FOR THIS BOOKING

everything was disliked. broken glass on floor broken shower broken cupboards dirty towels used cigarette butts ok floor and under sofa and bed dusty be try and smell of secondhand smoke on pillows and bedsheets and cushions dirty microwave no soap or cleaning sponge no hand towels the list can go on… the worst experience of our lives, absolutely ruined our holiday

nothing was liked about the property, it’s nothing like the pictures, the place was not cleaned and given to us in a disgusting and awful condition with cigarette butts everywhere and a nasty secondhand smoke smell, everything was practically broken in the flat and broken glass all over floor

The owner was grumpy, arrogant and not caring. Joana came to give us the keys after 2 hours since we contacted her even knowing that we had warned her that we are coming at 4pm to 5 pm, which she said OK to. The apartment was not as in pictures; it was filthy, had lots of broken items, the windows were facing a wall and it was very dark The plumbing was terrible with the pump which worked sometimes and when not flooded the bathroom. We ended without shower because of this. Avoid it if you can..

1. The flat is very poorly maintained. Things are old and dirty. 2. There are three of us staying for two nights, and they only provided 1 roll of tissue paper in the toilet. 3. No shampoo or shower gel provided at all, but it was shown in the pictures, which is false advertising. 4. The water is not going down fast enough in the shower, which is extremely inconvenient as it kept coming out. 5. Many spots in the flat are very filthy. I’ve taken several pictures if proof is needed. 6. The cleaning lady was impatient and rude. The host asked me to contact her for the check in, and when I called to ask for more info about the parking, she said she was “busy” and hung up on me. When we arrived for the check in, which was 16:00 already, she was still cleaning. And she did not provide any useful information about the flat or anything else. All she did was giving us a pile of broken and old document.
