The bed was amazing and the bed for the baby also. The room was great. The fact that there was a seperate toilet is really comfortable. La Defense is really easy to get to with the metro (1). Tribe was a pleasant suprise 😊

Beds were a taaad bit too narrow, and might add some horizontal space to put our stuff out, but that's really a non issue, we did without :)

The staff were super nice, the facilities were great, location also super - not far from metro Line 1 and a 30 min walking distance to Defense Arena

Very chic design, fresh and new! The breakfast was great! Sandwich shop, bakery and grocery store very close by. Just 8min drive to Paris La Défense stadium to attend concert.

When we checked in, the water in the room was cold!! After several hours the water heater was finally repaired. It was really upset in the cold winter and after several hours travel then you can take a shower. The hairdryer was unstable, after normally several minutes, it was just broken down and then you leave it for several hours, it recovered....just like the water. And the room is too small for the place and price.

The stuffs are great, very nice and helpful.

The breakfast was great quality but it wasn't replenished quickly enough, so there was hardly anything to eat on the 2nd morning.

Location was ok, a bit far out of Paris, but handy for the Palais de Congres where I was working, and the bus to Beauvais. The hotel was clean and trendy.

During the last night of my stay there was no warm water (both evening and morning of check-out) so no possibility to take a shower. They told me they were working on the issue but it would have been too late for me. And the room I got this time had a mini fridge that was difficult to access as it was not very intelligently set up :)

Location is nice, staff is very friendly and supportive, rooms are nice and clean. The room was a bit too cold when I arrived, but it got quickly and pleasantly warm and I really appreciated that it was not via a loud and windy aircon system. Big points for that!

But my room was opened twice at morning while I was in it. Don’t know who did it but I felt unsafe. If it was the cleaner service, then it’s not the way to do it. I am still waiting for an explanation of it.

Food is good, receptionists are friendly, if you seeking for help they will always be there to help you.

It's a little bit out of city center, but it's not a big deal because you can get in the city center in less than 30 minutes. I walked to the city center.

Room is extremely small which is normal for Paris hotels .. but this one is extremely small , like there is the bed and 30 cms on either side of the bed and that's it . Can't connect any external device to the TV . Chromecast on TV does not work . House keeping staff are inefficient . No wardrobe .

The hotel location is very nice .. the reception staff are mostly very helpful . Cosy Reception with beverage service and breakfast , lunch and dinner possibilities . Nice shower and water pressure in bathroom .

The location is good, but depend on your purpose (we attended the concert in La Defense Arena). Check in/out was very fast. The staff was friendly. The room was stylish and clean, AC worked good. Highly recommended!

It was difficult for us to find hotel, walking from metro, even we used google maps. The bed was very high, even for my husband, who is quite tall.

For some reason on our last day of our stay the breakfast options were very limited and they stopped resupplying breakfast options almost an hour before it ended. This is absolutely unacceptable given the price of the breakfast as well as being a 4 star hotel. The only other downside is the location, but the metro station is less than a 10 min walk and you can take line 1 and arrive to the heart of Paris in about 10 minutes so overall it's a good trade off because you get more comfort and value conpared to the hotels in the city center. Major emphasis on comfort here.

Truely comfortable rooms, amazing noise insulation, we had a garbage truck come by every morning in front of our window and could not hear a thing. Big bed and bathroom, which is very rare for Paris. Bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Even had a small gym that nobody uses so it was like a private gym we could go to whenever we wanted.
