We lived in the last room on the floor. The wi-fi didn't work there. It was very uncomfortable for us. And the view in this room is blocked by the high parapet of the balcony.

The accommodation is rather spartan, considering the price. Cannot imagine spending there a daytime due to rather confined space. No WiFi (not at all, corner room).

Room with the ocean view, location almost at the beach. If you arrive, go to the beach, sleep, have breakfast, go to the beach and depart and do not look on the bill, then fine.

The whole hotel is in desperate need of a revamp. The receptionist was very friendly on arrival and check in was quick and simple. All rooms have a sea view and we were on the second floor. When entering our room there was a single bed on the left and a very tiny bathroom on the right, far too small for three people let alone two ! Plus the toilet brush was old and dirty 🥴 The bedroom was also small but okay. The bed was comfortable and sheets were spotlessly clean. Also pillows were clean although no protectors. The room just needed decorating and some new curtains because they were not clean, they were stained with mould. However the balcony looking out across the beach to the sea made up for any issues. Air conditioning would have been nice too.

Location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic ! Nice restaurants close by.

Perfect view to the sea and the Biscaya! Sunset at sea is one of my favorites, and you may enjoy this from your own balcony! Also; you can go swimming in the ocean and go barefoot back to the room without anoying anyone!

Elevator not available after 10pm and the bar only offering drinks, no food at all. Also, there was meant to be indoor swimming pool but apparently that’s at a different hotel.

Modern hotel right on the beach with parking behind. Rooms accessed directly from open corridors at the rear of the property. Large balcony with views. Layout worked well for three. Attractive shower room. Great value at the price we paid.

the management of hotel would not refund the confirmation fee that was charged to my card account. The Hotel Management advised the fee is from booking.com SO now I wish to be refunded my €€ taken from my card account by booking.com!!!!

The food in the restaurant during the evening was bad, we had a bavette & carrot smashed but I wished I had not gone eating there. Breakfast was good.

The evening meal was OK but could have been a little better.

Good position, room was clean with a lovely view of the beach, staff were friendly and pleasant. Bed was comfortable. Parking was easily accessible which was great help as I have a problem with mobility. The breakfast was very good with plenty of variety.

No small frig/microwave... but we were clear on this when booked. WIFI was weak, but it did work when turning off video (for work meetings/family Facetime calls).

This was a simple room with a nice size bed, a balcony that faced a large beach, a sizable bathroom, and it was very clean. The location is very convenient--there is safe walking with many miles of sidewalks, bakeries/butcheries/supermarkets are close by (a longer walk, very short drive). A restaurant is available as well. There is so much good food available at the butcher... that most of the time food was purchased there. (Note: the supermarket has a very good wine section and some decent cheese.) Saturday there is a market, but food is limited. Best to drive to Barritz--market is everyday and indoors as well. Staff was very kind. Parking is available. There is also a large free parking lot in front of the beach, next to the hotel.
