The carpet in the room had stains in it. And there was not a clear information sheet. And the TV did not show the info it said it would.

The included wellness within a semi-budget price was amazing. The staff was very friendly and we could place our luggage in storage for the rest of the day.even after we checked out. The breakfast was well organised and there was very friendly staff.

Everything, plenty of free parking, hotel is lovely and clean and comfortable. We ate in the restaurant and it was very tasty. We were looking for food before the restaurant was open but they very kindly offered to serve us nearly an hour before the opening time, this was very kind and considerate as we had two small children with us.

For the price of the room it was very basic, the cleaner did not change the towels and clean the room every day and only left us 1 teabag and 1 coffee sachet each time, she didnt take away any old cups or glasses that we had used. The facilities of the spa were very sparce, there was 1 steam room available, and the sauna was closed. that was the extent of the spa facilities. except also an indoor pool. I had requested that we have the use of the spa and a massage on the sunday when i booked my room, (2weeks before) and when I asked about the massage when I arrived at the hotel, I was told this would not be available as you have to book months in advance for this. It was our wedding anniversary of 20years and we ask for a special room and massage, they supplied some red petals over the bed and that was our special room. a bit disappointed that they didnt upgrade our room or leave a chocolate or a bottle of wine for our special occassion. If I had known that the facilities would not be available I would of chosen a diffierent hotel so that we could have these. And the Restaurant was very basically decorated a bit like a hospital waiting room i would say, need some atmosphere in it. The menu was very very expensive only ate the night we arrived and for 2 main meals 2 deserts and a bottle of the cheapest wine it was 180.00 for two people, which was exstorshon hasen to say we did not eat there again.

The Staff were very pleasant and helpful, especially with the Gentleman at Breakfast who went out of his way to serve us and remembered us every morning. The pool was great, loved the way it had the different jucuzzi sections.

It's definitely not a 4 star SPA. Waited in front of the gate to get into the parking for a long time, had to call them because no one answered the bell,, quite uncomfortable drive in. Parking itself was OK. The most horrific thing was fully covered in mold walls of the Finnish sauna. It is a huge health hazard and just disgusting. As I came down to the spa there were no towels. There was no one at spa reception. I had to go back up to the main reception of the hotel and the girl there gave me small towels. I had to wait around 30 minutes overall to get a normal spa towel. The room I stayed in was part of what seemed to be a hostel or communal Gipsy housing. Very strange....very dirty carpets all around. In the room dirty sofa; zero hangers or wardrobe. Literally none. Hair in the bathtub. Ceiling light in the bedroom didn't work. Kids in the pool made it hard to relax. Restaurant had only two vegetarian options, nothing vegan. Unless you want gnocchi without cheese for 30 eur. Will not stay again and don't recommend.

When i arrived, i had to ring and wait for someone to answer at the parking lot gate, once I got into the hotel, there was someone at the reception in a t-shirt with a jacket over, and they asked me for dumb things like a guarantee fee of 300euro in case something breaks in my room or the hotel.

The hotel overall looked ok, but the check-in and experience were poor.

They didn’t clean the room & didn’t care that they hadn’t - no compensation - they just said there was no management available- restaurant had zero ambience & was horrifically overpriced- the food wasn’t even vaguely good! - bare minimum in rooms & hotel - definitely NOT a 4* hotel - I would NoT recommend this hotel to anyone - it costs a fortune for nothing - and the spa was basic - the steam room stank - got the impression the staff weren’t a team & weren’t happy - I think the owners need to sort something out - this hotel is a rip off

There was no restaurant for lunch or evening meal. The provision was not adequate especially when staying for an extended period. They did provide breakfast but only 4 cold things were on offer for both lunch and evening meal. The bar shut early and there was no one around after 9 in the evening - not really a hotel to enjoy a summer holiday as you don’t want to be sitting in your room from 9pm. It seemed very quiet and lacked any atmosphere. We thought at one point like we were the only guests there.

It was modern and spacious with a nice inside and outside pool area. No lighting from the car park to the lift and very lonely to get from the car park to the front entrance.
