FranceThe swimming pool was not 30 degrees as advertised. Too cold for my baby and I I was not charged what was shown on booking.com. I don’t know where the extra fees came from! I ordered a pizza from the bar. Came with 50 minutes delay, and burnt! No apology or commercial gestures from any of the staff! No help with luggage which I expect from a 4* hotel. Some of the staff appeared not trained as they did not have the manners expected.

United KingdomThe rooms are lovely. Very well decorated but...1. The rooms are small. There's nowhere really to hang your clothes and move around to be fair. It's compact. You do have the option to upgrade but it is a small room. 2. The air con doesn't work. It was really hot in the room. 3. the water in the room did not seem fresh it had bubbles in the water bottle. This wouldn't normally bother me but it was just because the room was so hot we could have done with the water. Apart from that we had a brilliant time x
The hotel decor is lovely. The staff are great. They printed out a full itinery for us. They were really helpful and never made us feel like we were a bother.

I had a great experience and everything was excellent. The staff at the reception was very welcoming. Room was spacious enough and very clean. Loved the pool and sauna. I had a really lovely stay and the bakery across the street is fabulous.

The hotel is quite decent and brand new. The rooms and the bed is quite small. The only disappointment was a mistake that my booking was not reflected in their system, so we had to wait some time with a small child. There is no place to place a crib and this is not stated in the booking specifications for the room even if it allows you to book the room with a child and the crib. The lady at the breakfast Nouara if I am not mistaken made our stay extra pleasant, she was so lovely and kind with our little one and always with a smile on the face (all stars go to her kindness).

This Hotel is in a great location and just about out of the noisy areas. We really enjoyed the size and cleanliness. We also liked that the metro was close by. I must say it was one of the best Breakfasts we had every morning. Small but it had everything you need. The Madeleines were to die for!

The reception area…really beautiful, clean,smells so good… the receptionist and basically everyone at the hotel had a welcoming, charming smile and good vibe… my first time in paris.. and initially was worried about the language differences but to my surprise.. they spoke English and was so patient with my partner and we learnt a few words too🤣🤣😁… The room was cozy, neat and the bath space was so neat… would definitely come bck here..Thank you

SpainIt’s the second time I’ve stayed here. What really stands out is the exceptional hotel staff - friendly, welcoming, polite, very professional. The room and facilities and modern and very clean. It’s easy to get to the centre of Paris with the metro which is just a 5 min walk away. A freenow (Uber) will cost you around 15 euros. Clichy itself has some nice bars and restaurants and plenty of shops.
