Lots of ants everywhere. I suppose that is normal having a soil good for grapes.

The location was clean, close to Colmar, and offered breakfast at an extra charge with amazing options and free parking. A nearby restaurant offers dinner, which was acceptable. The apartments have everything you need to have breakfast there or just to enjoy the nature and silence.

We rented two apartments and, for the same price, the difference in size was significant.

It’s a cool place for the kids. The swimming pool is really small but the kids had fun anyway. The apartments look like bungalows and they must have been recently renovated. There’s a football field close by. It’s not too far from the old part of Colmar (15’ by car more or less). It has a restaurant which was very convenient for dinner.

In the bedroom the aerator above the window could not be closed. They covered it with a towel, but it was drafty and cold anyway. The room was well soundproofed, but because of the hole above the window you could hear the nearby road. Pool was extremely cold but clean.

Very friendly staff. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with separate bedroom, sofa, fully equipped kitchen, balcony. Restaurant was 10/10, highly recommend.

The website stated that the apartment comprised coffee/tea making facilities. Some tea was provided. Unfortunately, no coffee was provided. The coffee needed to be brought or purchased which was not possible at a relative late arrival.

The apartment was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.

The wifi worked on the pc but not on the phone. The trash process was very complicated, we didn’t find the garbage containers and in any case, the trash should be taken out but the hotel and not the guests.

It was very clean, comfortable and the space was great. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast very good and tasty. Good for the dogs, lots of green areas nearby.

The structure is a little bit stingy since they ask to pay extra for so basic things that should be included in the cost of the stay in my opinion. For example they ask to clean the dishes and the kitchen before leaving but they want the clients to buy the necessary cleaning product at the reception for an extra cost. Another example is that there is a coffee mashine at the apartment but if you want a coffee you have to go to the reception and buy the coffee pods at a vending mashine.. I thing this kind of stinginess really makes the difference and it would be best for the image of the structure to rise of a few euros the cost of the stay but include these little servises for free so that the clients could relax and enjoy the stay without being bothered to go to the reception to pay extra for everything

Outside areas on an evening were very dark when negotiating the stairs to get in and out of the apartment. Need brighter lights or more lights so you can see steps.

The pool was cold and we’d booked 2 massages which for the price weren’t great.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was quiet just outside of town. Parking was great for the car. The on site restaurant and bar is nice although we didn’t eat there but we did just make last orders. The guy serving us who I guess was in charge was fantastic, really friendly and let us have a drink even though they were getting ready to close up, he took the time to chat and suggest a local red wine.

Parking situation - people parked in the front of our apartment on the lawn so that our privacy was disturbed. It was apt. 68.

Within 10 minutes of walking distance are a few good wine makers where it is possible to sample and buy. We ended up bringing 18 bottles of Alsacian wine home :)

The apartment was very small with hardly any room to move around. The door of the bedroom couldn't be closed because the bed was in the way. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and warm. No airco, and with the windows open we could hear a lot of noise from the restaurant until quite late.

Swimming pool water temperature was cold for us, the room has not enough wardrobe and we keep bags in the corridor. WC was without a window and air re-circulation was not OK. Considering there is a swimming pool, a bath robe is mandatory, we found only tovels.

We like the structure divided into apartments, the room was enough big and the kitchen ok. Nice position in Alsace.
