On the whole the property was fantastic, the only thing I would point out is that the shower fittings in both bathrooms could do with updating, this is not a negative point just an observation that would make this property perfect.

Plenty of space, nicely laid out and furnished. Well equipped and the hot tub was a nice touch after a long day visiting family. In a wonderful peaceful location and not far from Norwich city centre or the coast.

The area is quiet and rural. Easy access to Norwich and surrounding areas. The room was lovely. Enough space for two friends traveling together. Self catering. Good facilities: access to a kitchen with space to sit and eat. Good shower, hot water and plenty pressure.

Owen the manager was very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and had a mini fridge as well. There was plenty of parking and the kitchen was well equipped. The Barns are in well kept grounds and surrounded by countryside.

There was no hand towel for the kitchen.

The size, decor and layout was excellent. Welcoming dogs was great, the rooms and bedding were perfect. It's quiet lane location was great too. Garden area and outside seating was nice.

We loved the setting. East of entry with the key in the door. This was excellent value for money.

The room was clean but small. The facilities were minimal ie: no milk for the tea/coffee and no shop near enough to buy.

We could only use one shower at any time otherwise the electric Would trip, the kitchen did not have many utensils, no sharp knives etc so was hard to cook anything.

I was able to book it at short notice all the rooms were very large everything in the rooms was as described

The pillows and the bedding wasn't spot clean, the strange bowls under the bed feet, the bathroom floor wasn't in good condition and the door was hard to open

I liked the localisation, the self-catering having a fridge in the room, the rooms were spacious too. The toilet in the room not having to share.

Bathroom was ok but just looked a little tired in places. The bed was very soft but that’s a preference thing (would have liked a bigger bed too).

Room was clean and a good size. Good to have a kettle and fridge in the room and access to the communal kitchen. The grounds were lovely and well kept.

There was no comfortable chair in the bedroom. The basin in the ensuite was too small. The mini-fridge temperature was apparently not adjustable and was too low, resulting in some items being frozen which should not have been. The only way round this that I found was to switch it off intermittently. The kitchen facilities were reasonable but the 'hot' water was never more than slightly tepid for washing up. There was no oven glove. How is it expected that hot dishes are removed after cooking? Some people do actually want to use the oven. (On this subject, the smaller top oven was apparently not working.) The lighting over the tables was poor, with some lightbulbs not functioning. There seemed to be no advice or instructions anywhere with regard to recycling of packaging, cans, bottles, etc. The outside door would not shut without close attention, and other visitors were routinely ignoring the notice asking for it to be shut firmly.

The bedroom and ensuite were clean. The bedroom was generally comfortable.
