Bathroom was big enough for a separate shower instead of one over the bath. Plus the shower head was far too low. Although very nice I thought it was quite expensive for a pub room.

Some of the staff appeared disinterested in customers. The management team were nice though. As I’m not particularly fond of dogs, I was disappointed that they were allowed into the bar, eating areas and rooms, don’t really want to have a drink sat next to a German shepherd on one side and a terrier barking at it on the other!

Loved the location, the accommodation was roomy, warm and comfortable - just what was needed for a mid week break

Need some new pillows, they were pretty awful. Didn't like cooked full English breakfast- streaky bacon, big hard tomatoes and poached eggs were rock hard but other breakfasts had on different mornings were excellent.

Very dog friendly. Lovely staff.& relaxed atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it and would go again . Great location also

It is a little expensive, but a really nice place to stay.

Unfortunately the mattress was rather uncomfortable and felt very worn and old.

This was our third stay at the Globe and once again the staff and hospitality were outstanding. We stayed in a different room this time and were disappointed to find the mattress wasn't as comfortable as it had been in the other room we had stayed in previously. If staying again, we would ask for a different room if given this room/bed again but overall, another great stay at the Globe Inn.

Not the properties fault but there was no on site parking so we were dependent on finding a space on the road. This was not too much of an issue in March but I suspect that it will be in high season. I don’t remember seeing this mentioned on their website.

Describing our room as a ‘family room’ is a stretch, it was one double bed plus one fold out sofa bed that is the only reasonable place to sit. VERY expensive. Menu could be more varied.

Great food and service, very well designed and stylish pub / inn. Very dog friendly.

Access to our room was via a steep staircase where it was a challenge to manoeuvre our cases although luckily we were offered assistance by the manager. The heating in our room was set very high and at 4.00 am, when the radiator was still extremely hot, I had to crawl under the table to access the thermostat and turn it off. That must be a waste of energy in these days of high fuel costs.

The location was fine, although sometimes a little difficult to park. The food was very good and very generous.

The outlook from the room and the bathroom was onto a public terrace with tables and chairs which gave no privacy to our bedroom or bathroom except when the curtains & blind were closed.

I asked for a bedside table in my single room and for instant coffee instead of coffee machine. Both needs met immediately. Parking was difficult on Saturday but fine for the rest of the stay.

Very good breakfast. Location was great, as I was birdwatching so able to travel easily between reserves at Titchwell Holkham and Cley. Wells also very good for birds. Staff very good.

We had lunch, dinner and breakfast, they were all delicious. Lovely atmosphere, tasteful and interesting decor. Hotel is in an excellent location for the Main Street and harbour, it is set on a beautiful leafy square.
