Excellent location, comfortable stay with thoughtful additions, best fruit selection for breakfast with a very tasty cooked breakfast to follow, very well run and nothing too much trouble. Lisa is a fantastic host who makes you feel very welcome-you can tell she has thought of everything through the eyes of the customer. Would highly recommend and will be returning!

Not ideal for people with mobility issues due to stairs to all floors. Can’t think of any other negatuves

Very friendly host and staff. Excellent breakfast. Ashby house backs on to big car park. Great location to south beach and town. Fabulous view from the seats at the end of the road. Lisa even leant me a beach towel. Loved my 3 days in Tenby.

The breakfast was lovely. I really appreciated the yogurt without sugar and the fresh fruit. The room was adorably decorated and it was fabulous to have an on suite bathroom for such an affordable price.

That I'd only booked for 2 nights!

Lisa communicated really well...kept in touch from the moment of booking till the day of check-in, messaging me to say my room was ready early. I was up-graded at no extra cost. Everything you could possibly need...lots of little extras appreciated. Comfy bed and pillows. Fantastic breakfast...where else would you be offered fresh figs and apricots? Such a big selection of fruits and breads, and great quality products on the cooked breakfast. For what Lisa charges, it is really excellent value for money! Nothing was too much trouble, and Lisa was there to help straight away when I accidentally locked myself out of my room. Thank you Lisa for a lovely stay (thanks also to the lovely lady helping you out at breakfast time!)..I have already been recommending you to friends and family x Oh, and the location is perfect...a few minutes from the beach, and town. I'll definitely be back x

There are a lot of stairs and no lift, and rooms start on the ground floor so be mindful if you have mobility issues

Very easy to find, overlooking South Beach and in a quiet area. The property was lovely and clean both inside and out, and looked very presentable throughout; I like the beach style accessories throughout the house, they added a lovely touch. It’s a lovely walk along to front to the centre and back, listening to the waves. The room was spacious and very clean. It had all the right amenities for me to use and I liked that there was a fridge there to keep my items cool, will be very handy in the hotter months. My bathroom was situated away from my room, just up the stairs, and it had a perfect view of the South Beach, I could see the beautiful sunset. The bathroom was a good size and had towels and toilet rolls provided. My bed was very comfortable and I had a great sleep each night I slept there. The host herself was so lovely and welcoming. I never felt like anything my was too much. She really invested in her guests and recommended good places to eat and was very pleasant asking how my day was etc. Fantastic customer service! The breakfast was delicious. My hot brekkie was so tasty and filling and there is an area full of fresh fruit, juices, yoghurts, breads and cereals too, it was very impressive. Overall, I will return and I really recommend staying here.

Struggled to get hot water in the shower and strong flow at the same time but a minor issue. Hot water in sink was fine

Friendly welcome, very comfortable & clean and lots of little nice touches in the room. Cold breakfast selection was very good and the cooked breakfast excellent. Situated a few minutes from the promenade and less than 10 minutes from the centre of town. Large car park a couple of minutes away a bonus as parking on the road is for residents with permits only.

Absolutely first class. Extremely comfortable. Generous host. Wide range of fresh fruit for breakfast (plus the traditional). Shampoo/conditioner unusually effective on my long hair.
