A longer stay would have been better lol, absolutely nothing wrong with the Apartment.

Bedroom was a little on the small side but otherwise perfectly adequate. Wash hand basin in bathroom was rather small. Refrigerator appeared to be missing a shelf, but was adequate for our stay. Kitchen equipment could have been better, e.g. there was no steamer for saucepans and only a couple of saucepans. However, it was just sufficient. There was a folder with key information the living room but when I rang the housekeeping number to report a flickering light and let them know that the extra bedding I had requested was not required, there was no reply. I then sent a text. I am delighted to report that my request for a refund for the unused extra bedding has been honoured - thank you, Plumlocations.

Splendid location and view. Bright, clean, comfortable and spacious living room. Large and comfortable bed and well-equipped and well-functioning bathroom. Spacious kitchen area providing ALL essential equipment. Clear entry instructions. Quiet house.

There is no lift and the check out was too early.

The location was perfect. Near the beach, the waterfront and the city center. The view was exceptional.

Stairs are a possible issue for older people or people with a disability ( we were on the 2nd floor). Says there is a hairdryer in the property in the description, but we couldn't find it! So possibly bring your own. Despite these minor issues for us, we would not let this put us off booking again.

Everything! Views were outstanding. The coastline views along the whole of the seafront during day and night absolutely amazing. Relaxing at night with the view is just wow! Enjoy your stay here!

The steep walk down to beach... however, without the elevated position, we wouldn't have had the amazing view!

The main bed & pillows could have been a bit more comfortable, however still had a good nights sleep.

Excellent location with stunning views, the flat was very clean with great furniture and fittings, The view from the sitting room was stunning and the kitchen had everything you needed. We were met with a welcome pack with T, coffee biscuit etc all the furniture in the flat was high end.

All comms are done via Booking.com and text message. We booked two apartments over Christmas, but only received one key box code for our booking, so it took a phone call whilst at the apartments to get access to the second one.

The view looks along the sea front. Great views out to sea, you can see Torquay and Brixham lights at night.

The TV was infront of the bedroom mirror so it didn't make it easy to get ready infront of it, and lighting isn't great in the bedroom either, also the positions of the plugs in the bedroom maybe another extension cable on the other side of the bed to charge phone. lack of information to use the communal gardens/where the communal bins are! Would be nice as we didn't know where to go, so a welcome pack would be very useful on how to use/ find things definitely going forward in the future, also not to lit up on the outside and easy to find the apartment at night time when dark, when u arrive to check in, had to phone up but the guy wasn't very helpful with directions?

Minor bug bears. No spare toilet rolls. No battery in the living area clock. Bedside lamps flickered - bulbs and bulb fitting need checking. Bedroom radiator was only lukewarm - adjusting the thermostatic valve control made no difference.

Location was excellent. Design and condition of the apartment was excellent.

Everything was great but we were expecting milk in the fridge on arrival (based on previous reviews and the website) but it really wasn’t an issue as we walked to the harbour and picked some bits up from there.

The location is great! The apartment is so cosy. My husband and I stayed for 3 nights with our 8 month old daughter. We were so impressed with the view! We requested a cot and highchair and both were there when we arrived. Whoever interior designed the apartment did a great job!

We loved every single minute. We loved it that much we have booked to come back for a week in June. The kids loved the view and really enjoyed the stay. Close to everything, so comfy, well equipped. Thoroughly enjoyed.
