Easy to find, in a convenient location for Loch lomond and Beloch. Clean and comfortable apartment with everything that you need. Our dog enjoyed the walks and meeting doggy neighbours.

Not much. If I'm pernicki....the bin lid failed to shut but really....very little to criticise.

Lovely clean apartment that was a step up from hotel accommodation. Great bathroom and a kitchen area that was just what we needed for an overnight stay. Grounds were delightful both to spend time and to walk Sid...the dog! Great views of surrounding hills including the Munro Ben Lomond....and a short walk to get fabulous views of the Loch.

It was great. A bit surprised to find the lights on when we came in (energy!) but otherwise there was nothing we didn't like.

What a gorgeous apartment! Spacious, modern, comfortable, with a terrace/garden out the back. Quiet as it is quite a way off the main road down a driveway. Super value for money. Will definitely stay again. P.S. We left a jacket there and the owner very kindly sent it to us.

Neighbors on the second night were a bit rowdy and loud with music well past 1am, but such is life on a Friday night. 10am checkout felt a bit early compared to most other places I have stayed in, but it did not negatively affect my stay.

Big clean room with a well-stocked kitchen and living space. Comfortable bed. Loved having access to a washer and dryer. Gordon was very helpful getting me checked in and talking through some nearby attractions to check out. Property is stunningly gorgeous with a beautiful sheep farm next door.

Nothing.. but if I had to pick one thing it would be to have a bath mat in the shower, it can get slippy.

Everything was so easy from booking, checking in and checking out. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring Loch Lomond. Only a short drive to Balloch but also within walking distance. We were able to check in much earlier than planned which was also a bonus.

The bedroom was uncomfortable hot. The hot water pipes for all the apartment seem to run up one of the bedroom walls and the room stays hot through the night. The waste water runs down in the same location too and it woke us both up when the person in the flat above started using it in the morning. I'd add a condiments tray in one of the cupboards where people can leave salt,pepper,oil etc they haven't used. It's a pain buying it all when you are only staying a couple of nights. I've been to a few places that do this.

Lack of non-slip mat for over bath shower (dangerous for older folk & those with mobility problems). No floor bath mat. Use of TV required IT degree.

Not much, a few cabinet doors and blinds were needing fixed. Couldnt open main door but just used the french doors in the lounge to get in and out. No small glass tumblers only wine glasses and large highball glasses but that wasnt a big problem. A few areas could do with some TLC but nothing major.

Large comfortable rooms, plenty towels etc, nice kitchen. Quiet location but not far to Balloch. 3 bathrooms - good if 3 couples are using. Good instruction manual. We had a great stay and hopefully will be back.
