We arrived on a Saturday but were very surprised to find so many places were closed. There wasn't hardly anywhere open to eat until 5/6 o clock & surprisingly, not many pubs or restaurants for a seaside town. We went to Lyme Regis on Sunday for something to do, which was really busy despite storm Kathleen whipping up the wind

Peter & Julie were lovely, very welcoming. It's a beautiful house & very clean & comfy & really close to the beach.

Julie and Peter were welcoming, friendly and helpful. We stayed in Jurassic View, the beds were comfy, the en-suite clean and with lots of little touches and useful items. Lovely location, had such a lovely time. Breakfast was great, and managed to get parking right outside.

The light coming on in the en-suite automatically was blinding at night and we woke each other up.

Shower flow a little weak. The option of something cooked or hot for breakfast accompanied by a carafe of coffee or pot of fresh tea would have been welcomed.

Excellent location. Warm and friendly hosts. Lovely room, comfortable and spacious with a great view. Good choices for the Continental breakfast.

Our hosts Peter and Julie are really friendly and welcoming. The room was really clean and tidy. I booked Pebbles with high expectation as it was highly rated by previous guests. But it actually exceeded my expectation, especially on cleanliness and friendliness. Well done!

Oh there's absolutely nothing to dislike about Pebbles B&B in Seaton! We can't recommend it enough, certainly would happily return.

We had an exceptional stay at Pebbles B&B! The seafront location is perfect, the B&B is incredibly well appointed and decorated with so much love and care it feels like a comfortable home you want to return to. Peter and Julie are most welcoming and really friendly and helpful while providing outstanding service. We enjoyed our breakfast choices and loved our little morning feasts! There is also a little fridge at guests' disposal - very useful! We also had to do a bit of remote work and the internet connection was strong and consistently reliable, which is always a relief! I was really happy to be able to successfully combine work with pleasure while staying at Pebbles B&B. The B&B provides lots of useful information about the town and the entire area so you will be well informed about anything you might want to visit or explore during your stay. Even though the B&B has a prime seafront location, it was fairly quiet at night and the bed was great so we slept really well. The bathroom was pristine and the shower and toiletries great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon! Jelena & Julian

Seaton has been left too long so it needs a major face lift . Very limited to what there is to do.

Not their fault, but parking is problematic in Seaton, especially in high season. They're as helpful as they can be about this, but be prepared to park in the Orchard Road public car park. Some people with mobility issues might not like the stairs.

Room service breakfast made me feel quite pampered and was larger than it looked on paper. Large room for a B&B. Very well located, close to the seafront - you can really see the sea from the window (in my room anyway).

Lovely welcoming hosts, nothnig was to much trouble, very knowledgable about the area. Room was lovely and cean and airy. Breakfast was of outstanding quality, will deffo be booking to stay again.

Warm, friendly and helpful welcome. Julie and Peter have worked hard to provide comfortable and well equipped accommodation. The buffet breakfast on offer is a varied selection delivered to your room at a time to suit. Julie's efforts in the front garden are also impressive as evidenced by the awards. Would not hesitate to recommend Pebbles.
