size of bathroom ..too tight . shower cubicle ..too small, lack of hooks in bathroom for clothes ..lack of shelf for cosmetics bag . the TV was located too high up the wall.

We should have booked for a longer stay.

The quality of the food at breakfast was excellent, as was the service, we even got an Easter egg. Patrick and Dr. Nick were excellent hosts.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

It was a lovely, comfortable room. Nick and Patrick couldn’t have been nicer. The breakfast are lovely with plenty of choices. Baytree House is also great in that it has its own parking. We’ll definitely revisit!

Absolutely nothing!

Everything. Nick and Patrick are naturals. Friendly and professional. Great location and easy to walk into Harrogate centre. Parking was easy at the property. Breakfast is easily one of the best we've ever had. Can't say enough about the property and the hosts. Excellent!

Hosts Nick and Patrick were great and so helpful with recommendations on places to eat and visit in the area. Lovely decor, hearty breakfasts, tea and coffee making facilities in room and water bottles in fridge in hallway to help keep you hydrated. Would love to stay again and would recommend. Easy walking distance to town. Fabulous hosts and great service!

Nothing, no complaints at all.

The breakfast was fabulous, plentiful and excellent quality. Rooms and decor were beautiful, with great attention to detail, couldnt ask for anymore. Nick and Patrick were amazing hosts, so welcoming and wonderfully hospitable. We felt like we had known them years. There was parking and only 5 to 10 minutes walk into Harrogate which was great and very quiet location. We had a fabulous weekend, made more special by our stay at Baytree. We will definitely be going back there.

Great location for everything in Harrogate. The room and ensuite were both lovely with a good selection of beverages and fresh milk! The breakfast was excellent with a good choice. Patrick and Neil are very welcoming and friendly.

This is a super house with beautiful interior, nice and quiet. Perfect location, walking distance to central Harrogate. Breakfast was amazing and Patrick and Nick went out of their way one morning to help me with a take away option as I was rushing to a conference. Thank you. Will definitely be back.

My daughter and I had a superb stay at Baytree House. This charming and elegant town house is in an ideal situation, in a quiet tree-lined street but just a short walk from the centre of Harrogate. The house is beautifully decorated, furnishings stylish but comfortable. Our twin room on the second floor was clean, warm and quiet. Good quality tea and coffee in the room, with a flask of fresh milk - just one of many thoughtful touches during our stay. Delicious breakfast prepared from local produce, beautifully presented and served in the small dining room overlooking the garden. Owners Nick and Patrick are the most welcoming of hosts and have created a very special place for their guests to enjoy. Highly recommended.

Nothing! Everything was perfect!

From the moment we arrived at Baytree House, everything was perfect. We were warmly welcomed by Nick and Patrick who took the time to explain all the arrangements and event helped us carry our bags in. The rooms were warm and cosy, with refreshments, toiletries and everything you could want. There was even a flask of fresh milk every day and a chocolate biscuit. Freshwater was in flasks in a fridge which could be taken any time you wanted. The breakfasts were amazing - a yummy menu and each one freshly cooked. the B&B is a 5 minute short walk into the convention centre and town and there was free parking for the while weekend on site.

There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like apart from possibly considering a room on a lower floor due to personal mobility.

Good location close to town centre, shops & restaurants. Welcoming, warm, friendly & obliging owners with great sense of humour. Very comfortable, spacious room - super deluxe. Excellent breakfast.
