Found the cooker a bit difficult to use but a member of staff got it working other than that no complaints whatsoever.

Location and views outstanding. Size of the apartment, it’s huge. First class decor, furnishings and all kitchen equipment, everything you could ever need. It was extremely comfortable. Pub downstairs with great food and drink.

The location was so incredible, with a Loch-side view, and walking distance from trailheads. Food from the pub below was excellent, too! Our family of 5 had ample room, in comfortable beds. I loved the decor—very modern but cozy. Well-equipped kitchen, stocked with tea and milk. Towels and soap also provided for all rooms, and each room has its own bathroom. This is great for large groups. Phenomenal

Noise from the street, no USB plugs (do not forget your adaptator !). You have to get the keys from the people from the pub below which give you the keys but not a smile nor a friendly sentence. Large kitchen but missing more forks, knives and spoons.

Very large and luxury flat with one bathroom/toilet per bedroom and very nice terrace with view on the loch.

The listing doesn't tell you Ben Arthur's is a noisy pub, on a busy (and sometimes noisy) road. Don't plan on getting to bed early, esp on a Friday or Saturday night.

The accommodation is right above a pub. Music and loud noise until 2am, even though pub officially stops serving at midnight.

It's a great place to stay in Arrochar, close to local village shop and right on the Loch. Stunning views of The Cobbler.

We found communication lacking. We were not told the updated wifi code and the morning we left there was no one at reception and the bar was closed. We also did not receive a reply to our email. It also go quite noisy with the pub below.

Views were fantastic and the accommodation was spacious and modern.

I personally prefer a face-to-face kind of interaction. There was no reception desk and we picked up the key from the pub downstairs. The staff there were all very friendly but we needed to message the host for questions. I wish the questions could be answered more timely.

This property got a great view and a most convenient location but at a very reasonable price. It has everything we needed. Everything was clean and the host prepared milk for us too.

3 of the 5 bedrooms are on the road side, a bit noisy with the early morning traffic. Be aware that restaurants in the area stop serving between 19.30 and 20.30.

Lovely view of the loch and mountains and the flat is spacious and comfortably fit our group of 6 and would have been fine for 8. Also convenient location being on the A83.

For the owners / workers to explain a little bit about the apartment / pub that is below.

The owners / workers from whom you collect the keys from are really not happy. It feels like they don’t want you to stay in the apartment. Most unwelcome I’ve ever felt in any paid for accommodation.

There were no check in, or out, instructions provided, but luckily when we arrived and went into the bar downstairs someone was immediately available to take us up to the unit and show us around. The next morning as we were getting ready to leave, someone arrived to open up the bar downstairs and we were able to turn in our keys. Good thing, because otherwise I'm not sure what we would have done with them. The unit itself was not as clean as it could have been: there was a big piece of food on the dining/living room floor, a sticky place on the floor of the kitchen and a dirty towel in one of the bathrooms. Everything else seemed clean, however. Since it is above a bar, it was a bit of a challenge having the window open without getting cigarette smoke in, or listening to patrons. Fortunately, they closed up before too late, which solved the issue. When we ordered food from downstairs, we had to go get it and carry it up on plates ourselves vs. in take out containers.

The location was great, with gorgeous, sweeping views out over the loch. The apartment was extremely spacious, and well appointed. There were six of us and we never felt crowded. It was a convenient walk to nearby restaurants, including the one literally downstairs. We loved sitting on the large balcony and having our wine. We had plenty of hot water, and all of the appliances and WiFi worked well. There was also ample parking space available for our van.

The view was incredible from the balcony, definitely a selling point. Huge apartment and really comfy beds. Very modern kitchen and very close to nearby shops and eating places. Would definitely recommend.
