Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Stayed here after arriving at Heathrow on a 15.5hr flight and just wanted a good quiet place near King's Cross to have a shower and crash for the night. The Pullman isn't the cheapest hotel in the area, but I'm very happy with the decision to stay there. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, comfortable, and very quiet, and the location could not have been more convenient for my needs.

The rooms were a bit of let down after you’d come from reception/ bar. Also thought there would be a coffee machine like the pictures. Complimentary drinks in the mini fridge would have been a nice touch but was just an empty warm fridge.
Loved the bar downstairs. the staff were all lovely and plenty of them to help including the charming door men.

The temperature control in the room was difficult, even on full fan it was consistently too hot through the day and night in the room. Overpowering smell of cleaning product in corridors and lifts.
Great breakfast and fantastic location. Attentive staff who were very accommodating of our family needs and children travelling with us.

The Air conditioning system is very bad, I have called and visit the reception to fix it but they told me this is our A/C in the winter it is like fan ! I could not sleep due to the room is hot. The location is not easy for UBER users most of the drivers were cancelling and rounding without being able to know the enterance. One day the fire and gas system at 9 am is activated and the whole hotel geustes were evacuated to the assembly area we spent about half hour due to false alarm.
The hotel is modern and near kings kross st pancras station

If we had been staying longer I would have liked more storage space.

The air conditioning is by far the worst I’ve experienced in a higher end hotel. The room was unbearably hot and we weren’t even visiting in summer months! The window only opens a fraction so it was impossible to let in ‘fresh’ air. We had to remove the duvet from our bed and just sleep with the cover…even then we were baking hot. They really need to sort it out!
Great location for Kings Cross - less than five minutes walk. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant was lovely but a shame they don’t serve past 10pm - having a supper after theatre would’ve been great.

The superior King room was clearly misrepresented as 2 beds with sofa. It was actually one bed with sofa bed divided by wall and in a very tiny room. No room to move

It had a nice calming atmosphere especially in the lobby with all the plants and stylish seating areas. The room was comfortable with a powerful hot shower. With a great location I will definitely stay there again.

The air conditioner could not be adjusted so the room was very warm. We tried to turn the temperature lower but it never got cooler.
Great breakfast with lots of choices. Excellent coffee. We also had dinner one night in the restaurant and enjoyed it. Great location just next to St. Pancras station.

nothing, the price is a bit high though.
Fabulous hotel, extremely comfy bed and pillows. Staff super nice and kind! Entrance hall and bar have a good vibe. Close to the station. We had an issue with the fridge not working, someone came and replaced it immediately, very kind and smiley.
