There's nothing negative I can say about this BnB.

Edward, the host, was excellent! My partner and I needed to find accommodations last minute and he was the first to respond to us, after contacting countless other BnBs. He was professional and kind and to top it off when we told him we were coming in early, he was able to offer us an available room AND check in early. This was exactly what we needed after a long train ride. He also took the time to orient us to the room and its facilities. He frequently checked in on us to ensure we were having a good time and the room was up to our standard. The location was also fantastic and a 5-7 minute walk from the town centre. Also it was the cleanest BnB we stayed at during our trip! We felt fully relaxed as well because the bed was extremely comfy. I normally do not write reviews but because of our experience and Edward's hospitality, my partner and I felt it was necessary! Thanks again Edward!

Good selection of nibbles in the bedroom with plenty of tea and coffee. Speciality teas were available in the dining room if you wanted something different. Host couldn't have been more helpful.

The host was truly welcoming me and showed all parts of the opportunities the stay included, very well organized, breakfast was optional. Snacks, crisps, fruit, juice was included. The room was clean, te, coffee and chocolate was available, even real coffee was a option. Small details, the room and toilet had more to offer than I expected. The host was really helpful to answer any questions and helped me out when packing my bike.

Reviews of breakfast had been excellent but I was unable to sample as the first slot I could see to book was 8.30am. I needed to be out before this to catch planned bus/train. Also note there is extra charge for breakfast. Top floor single room does have limited head height. Fine for me but anyone close to 6ft tall should probably book a room on a lower floor.

Excellent location a short 5-10min walk from railway station & from shops/restaurants/bus stops in town centre. Friendly welcoming host and providing drinks and snacks e.g crisps/muffins for guests to help themselves to is a nice touch. Can also put your own drinks in the fridge. Room was clean and tidy and was presented as per the photos on-line. Enough space to put cabin size luggage and some hangars with space under sink for toiletries. Good hairdryer. Clean & spacious private bathroom with separate key (external to room). Guest information was comprehensive including contact details for the host & recommendations for places to eat in the evening.

There was nothing to dislike

Very clean and close to the centre of the town. All inside the b&b was available foods, drinks and staff needed if required. I would recommend this guest house indeed. Breakfast was very nice and the bed very comfy. But parking was available and needed in a town centre.

Great location for shops, both beaches, train station, etc. Quiet street, parking, lovely room, great small touches like little snacks available, plenty of tea, coffee, hot chocolate with additional supplies, same for toiletries in the bathroom. Edward the host was just amazing. Several times he made a point of meeting us on our way out/in to check everything was ok, did we need anything, but wasn’t intrusive.

As it is an old Victorian building, water pressure is not great, and the bathroom window seems to have been painted shut, but this is fairly common in historic properties, and the plusses definitely made up for any small inconveniences!

Had a really comfortable stay! Slept really well, as the beds were very comfortable and the location was very quiet. Also felt very welcome, with the host generously providing snacks, a variety of teas, and good selection of toiletries. The location was perfect, close to the train station, the town centre with cafes, restaurants and pubs, the promenade and the start of many walking trails up The Great Orme. All in all we thought it was fantastic value for money, and would definitely stay again if we return to Llandudno!
