The apartment was wonderful, clean, and spacious. The communication was clear and direct, and the car park was in place. With our late arrival easy access to the keys, simple and clear. Good value for the money.

Extremely friendly staff. They were very helpful with our luggage leaving out of booking hours. The rooms are very clean with comfortable beds. Kitchen is full of equipment for cooking. Location is just 10 minutes walk from City centre and 20-30 minutes walk from Royal Yacht bay. Good for family breaks in amazing Edinburgh

Very clean, great location and a supermarkets within walking distance of property, I like the fact that you have your own kitchen so that you can cook and don't have to go to restaurant to eat. I also like that there is a TV in living room and bedroom. Free wifi. Great Bed.

Check in was challenging (genuine mistake that was sorted out well in end). The apartment was dark and outdated. Definitely in need of refurbishment. Overall was clean but pulling out beds to plug in hairdryer we noticed a big build up of dust. (Which might have explained the allergic reactions we experienced?). So maybe the apartments are only surfaced cleaned? Also, had to collect our stored luggage by 5pm which was a bit inconvenient for us because our flight was much later.

Location was ideal. About 15 min walk from last tram stop from airport. Other transport was also close by if you would prefer a shorter walk to the centre. The apartment was spacious with all the necessary facilities. Local area had a range of shops and bars.

Minor flaw - the bathroom was cold and we couldn't figure out how to to turn the radiator on. I'm sure they would have helped us with this if we had asked though.

Great location, apartment and personnel! Location was a 15 minute walk away from the Princes Street Gardens, the apartment was VERY spacious, the beds were super comfortable, kitchen included everything you might need to prepare meals (if I remember correctly, they even had a veggie peeler, which was appreciated!). There was complementary tea/coffee/milk in the kitchen as well as toiletries in the bathroom. The personnel was fantastic. We were able to have a late checkout for extra fee (10 EUR for an additional hour, up to 1pm), they also were able to provide one plug converter (EU to UK) as we didn't have any with us. And check-in was super easy even though we arrived after reception hours (clear instructions sent via message). So overall - great experience! Definitely a place to stay at in the future!

These apartment are clean ideal for relaxing. Comfortable bed, well equipment kitchen, tv in each room! Nice small restaurant just round the corner perfect for lunch, could not find any fault everything was perfect, we look forward to visiting again.

I thought the parking charge was a teeny bit steep at £15 per day however I was told the charge can vary depending on how and where you make your reservation. There are plenty spaces in the private car park however and you can keep an eye on your car from the apartment window. The bed was a bit firmer than I am used too but I did start to get used to it after 3 nights.

Cosy and warm apartment. Very clean and tidy and generously equipped. Quiet area of town and just a 15-minute walk to St James Centre. Tesco supermarket just around the corner and a BP/M&S food garage on the other side of the road. TV's in all the bedrooms.

Great location. Lots of options to eat just a short walk towards the city Centre. Also, a M&S across the road for snacks on route home. Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The shower was a little bit weird. It was either too hot or too cold but maybe I was just not used to this equipment that the UK has.

It has a very good location, not exactly on the city center but very reachable. The apartment is very spacious, it has everything you need. The kitchen is very well equiped. Check in was smooth and fast. It has a fairly big parking space for extra cost

Excellent hotel with excellent location, located at the city center, extremely clean and comfortable, Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff, they makes our trip more interesting with advices and tips about the city. supermarket and restaurants very close. The apartment was large with everything you need, smart tv was a surprise for us as we could watch a cartoons on Netflix ! Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality.

24 hour M&S across the road was super handy. Pasta bake, salad and wine and TV in bedroom - felt like I was at home.
