There was nothing that we disliked.

The staff catered to our needs and went above and beyond with their service. It was my son's birthday and they went to the effort of decorating the room and leaving sweets in our room for him. What a kind gesture. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend staying here.

Best B&B we have stayed in blackpool, very welcoming, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. We celebrated a birthday, the staff went above and beyond to make this extra special. Great lounge for sitting in with plenty of drinks to choose from. Highly recommended.

Lovely stay at the Clifton private hotel, warm welcome, rooms clean and comfortable. Lovely breakfast every morning! Ideal location 5 minutes walk to coral island. We celebrated our Grandads 80th birthday and the staff went above and beyond to ensure he had the best little party in the bar. Thanks very much Sue, Mark, Mitch and Ant we will definitely be back xx

The room was a little cramped but perfectly acceptable for the cost. The room was at the top floor so a lot of stairs - okay if you are fit and healthy

The location is perfect for the promenade and the tower area. The Breakfast was lovely, The bar area was good value, friendly and welcoming. The staf were very friendly and helpful.

The only thing that I can fault and it’s my own fault as I forgot to mention I had fibromyalgia so was a bit hard getting to my room as it was top floor but I’m sure if I’ve had told them they definitely wouldn’t if put me there. I’m happy overall with my stay, highly recommend the hotel and will definitely return.

I loved this hotel, the rooms were clean and modern. The check in was quick and friendly the staff went above and beyond to help you have a lovely stay. The breakfast was a good choice, lovely filling food. The location was fab 5 minute walk to coral island and the tower. I will definitely return the beds were so comfy.

One slight wee negative was the toilet was really hard to flush and the cistern took a really long time to refill.

Nice wee comfy rooms with comfy beds. Really only spent time here sleeping at night as we were away all day. The breakfast was excellent every morning and the staff/chef kept asking did we want more. The owner was really polite and helpful with anything we needed. Would recommend staying here and will book again as it was perfect for what we wanted. Location was good as was central to everything.

Great breakfast, bar cheap, very clean and comfortable, 5 mins from town centre, dressed the room as we were celebrating our daughters 7th birthday, banners, balloons, a card and some sweets!

Complimentary water in the room would have been nice just to wet your whistle during the night. It was cold in the morning no heating was on. There was no parking facilities. However these are minor compared to how we were looked after. I parked in a local council car park it cost £22 for 48 hours

Staff went above and beyond and decorated the room for my son’s birthday was a lovely touch. They even dressed the breakfast table with a banner. Bar area was great reasonably priced wine. The games for kids were brilliant too. The staff recommended a restaurant locally and I managed to get a last minute booking. It was a 10 minute walk to the tower. Breakfast was lovely fresh and well presented

The location of the hotel is excellent for everything couple mins walk and your in the town centre. The owners were very welcoming when we arrived and took time to ask us what we had planned etc which was nice as not all places are like this! The room was newly decorated and immaculately clean, tea and coffee making facilities and smart tv, again bathroom was spotless. It has a nice modern bar/lounge which we used before going out it was very reasonably priced and very well stocked, it also had games table and lots to do for kids to keep them occupied. Excellent nights sleep, breakfast was served in the dining room, great choice of cereals, unlimited toast and juices the hot option was soo tasty and hot and fresh! We come to Blackpool a few times a year and we will definitely be staying at the Clifton Private from now on! Would definitely recommend to friends and family. I

Everything was perfect, the hosts were exceptional and made sure you had everything you needed. The room was very homely and laid out lovely. Slept very well and it was very quiet considering the area. The breakfast was lovely and hot and toast/cereals were laid out for us to get.
